I just read a post on conservative blog that stated few freepers were veterans (implication was that we were chicken hawks). Having conversed with many of you and met a few, I do not believe that is the case. But it did get me wondering, who among us is active or prior service veterans? Awright you freeper vets SOUND OFF!

Thats ridiculous. There might not be a more military laden blog than FR on the net, except for something at "Military.com".

No combat, no overseas, not much of a military career, but I'm still an alumnus of everyone's favorite boat school, the U. S. Naval Academy.

The "chicken hawk" argument is the argument of a child -- a stupid child. I think people shouldn't bleed to death, am I a hypocrite because I'm not a doctor?
