After urging the spread of democracy in Latvia, The Netherlands, Russia and Georgia, President (and Laura) Bush returned to the White House. The president will resume work with Congress on Social Security and judicial nominees, as well as seeking help from China on getting North Korea back to negotiations on its nuclear weapons program.

WOW! what a crowd!
What I found moving was when the crowd sang the national anthem of Georgia au-capella due to a clirch in the audio equipment. It was awesome!

Oh yes, I'd love to see them if anyone has any pictures of President Bush dancing! Someone posted a reply or I read in an article here on FR that Laura supposedly gave him the "stop being so silly, honey" look! Would love to see that, too!

Well, I don't know about NEXT president of the United States but probably future president of the U.S. :)
This weekend, I'm driving to Minnesota to take some furniture up, and go to a concert Eric's in. Then I'm driving back so I can be back for daughter's HS awards ceremony (Salutatorian! Yesss!!).
Two days later, elder daughter comes home from England, and next day elder son and fiance fly in, and we'll ALL be together for the wedding (which rarely happens).
Then elder son is going to go on a State Dept internship somewhere in the bowels of central Asia, and later younger daughter heads to CA, while Eric does his Army stuff in Minnesota, and daughter continues her studies in England.
Just an ordinary summer in the life of ohioWfan! NOT!!!
Don't eat your hat. That is not Barney. It is the bitch puppy. The dog in the photo is brindle. Barney is not a brindle. Also the other key is the length and density of the coat. That is not an adult Scottie coat and the body is not as heavy or full as Barney's. I can tell a puppy when I see one. Comes from working with dogs all my adult life.
