"It was very risque," the Nation's David Korn said yesterday on Fox News. "I was wondering what the social conservatives and James Dobson had to say about all these jokes that were laced with sexual innuendo. Not a very family-values-type speech. I'm not sure I want to explain a lot of those jokes to my 4-year-old." Give me a break. Typical leftist liar. He can't wait to explain and endorse anal sex, condom usage, Heather has two mommies, GLBT gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender politics, cross-dressing, sex-change operations, and the like to his 4-year-old, but he's shocked (shocked!) at Laura Bush's speech?

The leftists lost another battle. Now they're trying to make a quagmire out of it to discredit the conservatives. Our First Lady stole their thunder and she did it with CLASS. They can't stand it!

I'm not sure I want to explain a lot of those jokes to my 4-year-old. Hmm, he hasn't learned that we don't share everything or try to explain everything to a 4-yr-old. The man lacks common sense parenting skills.

imagine first lady Thereeeza Heinz pulling this off.If she had, the press would be all over her with kudos and reviews of 'sassy' and 'refreshing.' And the 'Frog' would have given a thumbs up.
To: JohnHuang2
The left is just ticked because she pulled it off without using the "f" word.

Or try to imagine Hillary pulling it off.

David Korn and the rest of his liberal laughers think that making a "joke" about President
Bush and the female anatomy is hilarious, but the First Lady's monologue went over the line? Risque? Puhleeeeese! They are simply attempting to paint Dobson and other good-natured conservatives as humorless sticks-in-the-mud. I have read Laura's dialogue twice now and have yet to see anything even REMOTELY risque.
Face it fellas, conservatives are funny and liberals are desperate.

LOL! Here's the real issue. The leftist Korn had compartmentalized what he thought a wife of a conservative should be. He's exposed as having been mistaken and then blames the First Lady for failing to comply with his own mistaken view! :D
I expect he's hardly alone on that score. Why are we not surprised? HAH!

We have Laura, while they're stuck with Whoopee's foul-mouthed rage that passes for humor in their circles. Laura made affectionate but funny jokes about her own party, while all the left can do is attack 'the other side'.
Brilliant, classy, devastating.

the Nation's David Korn said yesterday on Fox News. "I was wondering what the social conservatives and James Dobson had to say about all these jokes that were laced with sexual innuendo." I hate to admit it, but I'm with David Korn. I've never been impressed with Laura because of her support for abortion. She has always struck me as an obtuse librarian. This routine only confirms my opinion.

You're just the life of the party. If you're so dour on a Monday morning I would hate to be around you on Friday.
