AND,... we're supposed to feel bad for this P.O.S.!! Oh I forgot, he should have a chance to rehab.
Question: If a Homosexual can't choose, not to be a homosexual, why do liberals believe that a pedophile can change? are'nt they both just sexual orientations?
Put all pedophiles away for life, in the general population of the prisons.

A convicted sex offender apparently committed suicide in despair over signs posted in his neighborhood calling him a child rapist. Sounds like we should be doing that a lot more often. Christ and God can be merciful to these scumbags. I just think we should execute child rapists.

Who knew these warnings worked that well?
Cheaper than bullets - and less needless paper-work!

The sheriff doesn't want to see hysteria? How about the hysteria of the families of dead children?

His mother blames Marion County Commissioner Randy Harris for her son's death.Of course she is.
After all, it was Randy harris who forced her to be a horrible mother who raised a disgusting monster, wasn't it?
All in all, it's ridiculous that child molesters should be forced to for themselves what the justice system should have done for them long agao.

"Sex offenders can't be fixed."Castration works to fix them, but the ACLU won't let the courts order such a punishment. There was a criminal recently who was going to be released and knew he could not control himself. He asked to be voluntarily castrated. The ACLU fought to stop him from voluntarily having the procedure.

.... After seeing the signs, Claxton, 38, told the sheriff's office that he felt "extremely scared and feels that people in the neighborhood are now out to possibly hurt him."
When he threatened suicide, he was involuntarily committed to the mental health hospital Tuesday and released the next day. Claxton was convicted in Washington state in 1991 of molesting a 9-year-old girl. He was 20 at the time, but his mother said he was developmentally much younger due to a brain injury.
Jane Claxton blames County Commissioner Randy Harris, who proposed the flyers, for her son's death. "Just don't get on the bandwagon," she said. "There's going to be other (deaths) if Randy Harris has his way."
She said her son required constant care and recently relied on leg braces and a wheelchair. "He hasn't been in trouble for 18 years, and he's branded for life," she said. ... source

You know, I have a really hard time feeling sorry for this guy or his parents.
If someone like this had shown up in our neighborhood in Texas when I was growing up, he wouldn't have been around for long and the dads in the community would have seen to it

Castration doesn't even work.
castrated offenders have reoffended using instruments to compensate for their impotence.
As long as their mind is evil, what you do to their body has no truly reliable effect. Unless, of course, you kill them like you're supposed to.

Looks like all the attention was crimping his lifestyle and he couldn't deal with it.

This is a travesty! Do you guys realize that Mr. Claxton's pedophilia being pointed out hurt his feelings? His feelings are far more important than the safety of children. /sarc
