There's video also at the link. Granted while I sympathize with the prices of Comcrap, that's not the right approach of doing things.

Comcast bought Adelphia yesterday, and Mr. Taugher's rates will be hiked to pay for the acquisition.

I have Comcast cable & hi-speed Net myself. It winds up being about $1.50 a day for each...if anything, though, I wish they could make the cable a-la-carte (I don't mean the various digital packages, I mean expanded basic: let me only see the channels I want and get rid of the stuff like
Home Shopping I could care less about. But they say they can't do that...oh well. They figure most people would whittle their selections down to 10 or 20 channels only and then would demand a lower price...whatever.

The guy rode a puttering bicycle to make the dumb threat.
How in the world could he afford such threats is what I want to know.
It's obvious that he had the (Blow up the building) manual tucked under
his water/vodka bottle. LMAO!

Daniel Taugher, 41, rode his bike to the service center and went inside to complain about the price of his bill, Local 4 reported. Police said he started shouting threats while in the lobby. Taugher (pictured, left) said he was going to blow up the building and told employees he would kill everyone inside, according to police. Detectives believe he was under the influence of alcohol.
Isn't it kinda hard to ride a bike with a bomb in one hand and a bottle of malt liquor in the other?

Daniel Taugher, 41, rode his bike to the service center loaded with alcohol complaining about a voluntary service he chose to receive and could have cut off any time he chose to do so.
What a loser.

Twenty years ago my dad had problems with the cable co. His solution - workable then, but not now - was to get a roll of quaters, then call from every phone in the city and leave the receiver off the hook. It didn't fix his cable problem, but it made him feel better.
My dad was a phone guy.

We can't get cable, as we're out in the boonies. The Dish costs us $2.50 a day, and we have two receivers. It also has TIVO and we can record movies and programs. It's our only form of entertainment, as we don't go out to movies and such, so it's worth it. What is a "luxury" to me, is obviously a "necessity" to others; possibly an addiction?
But showing up drunk anywhere is never a good practice, LOL!
