Theresa Marie Schindler... May Daily Thread 2005 CALL TO ACTION: Our Fight for Justice Continues
Various Sources ^ | April 3, 2005 | floriduh voter

Freeper friends, Terri's Memorial Service is this coming Tuesday night in Gulfport, Florida. Please check and see if www.baynews9.com will carry it on the internet.

I'm still sad and in disbelief that the rescue fell apart. It was on it's way. We were waiting there for ambulances but instead two Sheriff's cruisers arrived.

There's much work to do. There are many work groups here carrying on for Terri.

The April Daily Thread as before will be a meeting place, a news digest and even in the midst of sorrow, a place to make friends.

I want to thank everyone who did everything humanly possible for Terri and her family. Terri's safe now from a room with the blinds closed, strange people and armed guards. She'd still be here if it wasn't for judicial despots who it appears have never read the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. or Florida Constitution.

Freepers, Republicans and Democrats alike voted against Terri or didn't do enough to save her from Judge Greer.

I'd like to thank Ralph Nader, David Boies, Joe Lieberman and Wesley Smith, Phd, author of Forced Exit.

I have disdain for the Naughty Nine Republicans in the Florida Senate who vote "No" which barred Terri from legislative relief. The GOP House Members who voted "No" on Terri, shame on them too.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE AGENDA AND WHO IS IN CHARGE? I'm afraid that Judge George Greer is in charge - of everything.

PLEASE HELP FLORIDA... CALL YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN.

HELP US. We feel stranded by tyranny today, but Florida is ripe for change. We will demand it together as Americans.

Thanks, FV

Terri Schiavo - 80%: Non-Terminal Patients Should Not be Denied Food, Water; Three-to-One: Feeding Tube Should Stay in Place When Wishes Unknown

Zogby poll shows American's on side of Terri Schiavo living

(PRWEB) April 8, 2005 -- A Zogby poll conducted between March 30 and April 2, 2005 (sadly after Terri Schindler-Schiavo's murder by unlawful denial of hydration and nutrition aided and abetted by corrupt politicians, the Florida Department of Children and Families, the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration, an out-of-control judiciary, Pinellas Park Police personnel, and agents of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, Inc., etc.) indicated in several pertinent questions put before 1019 likely voters nationwide that the polls that politicians, judges were going by in regards to public opinion were not only unscientific but were poorly worded.

There does appear to be confusion on the part of some of the likely voters as to the duty of elected representatives to uphold and enforce the Constitution in regards to the inalienable right to life guaranteed by it's framers, in regards to the purpose of checks and balances, and the purpose of representative government. Those polled could choose between Agree, Disagree, and Not Sure (below results in this respective order) in regards to questions put to them. A large percentage of those polled saw the blatant conflict of interest of Michael Schiavo and the unsuitability of his being Terri's guardian. The mostly biased mainstream news media and certain biased local media outlets rarely reported that Michael Schiavo lived with another woman for over 10 years and had two children with the other woman. A large number of those polled were also rightly against hearsay being used in determining whether a feeding tube should be removed.

The hearsay evidence accepted by Judge Greer by conflicted parties Michael Schiavo, one of his brothers and a sister-in-law was neither clear nor convincing but was ruled to be such. The mostly biased mainstream news media and certain biased local media outlets never reported exactly what that hearsay evidence put forth by the conflicted parties was. Terri was also denied rehabilitation and speech therapy to get better and to regain her own voice. This was done on purpose to rely on the past hearsay wishes as opposed to her true wishes. Before her feeding tube was pulled she tried to say she wanted to live but of course was denied her voice in one of the most publicized, covered, etc. dehydration-starvation-torture-murders in the national/world spotlight that modern (supposedly advanced) civilization has ever seen.

Zogby Poll: Do you agree or disagree...?

It is proper for the federal government to intervene when basic civil rights are being denied? Results: 74, 19, 8

The representative branch of governments should intervene when the judicial branch appears to deny basic rights to minorities? Results: 57, 33, 10

Michael Schiavo should turn guardianship of Terri over to her parents, considering he has had a girlfriend for 10 years and has two children with her? Results: 56, 35, 9

The law should provide exceptions to the right of a spouse to act as the guardian for his or her incapacitated spouse? Results: 46, 39, 15

It is proper for the federal government to intervene when disabled people are denied food and water by a state court judge's order? Results: 44, 43, 13

The representative branch of governments should intervene when the judicial branch appears to deny basic rights to the disabled? Results: 42, 48, 10

Elected officials should intervene to protect a disabled person's right to live if there is conflicting testimony concerning removing a feeding tube? Results: 38, 54, 8

Hearsay be allowed as evidence in the case of determining if a feeding tube should be removed? Results: 31, 57, 12

I might as well join the dialog. I've been very depressed myself. Listess. I have to force myself to get things done, light-headed, etc. I've also found it almost impossible to pray. Emotionally spent.

Since there were many Dems on Terri's side I'm going to take each campaign on the merits of life. I'm sick and tired of talk, talk, and more talk. I think we must bring pressure (big time pressure) on these pols right now and take back some ground. Performance is what counts

I've been thinking about Pat Buchanan alot. Maybe his time has come. Our borders would be a lot more secure, he probably wouldn't mince words on any of the life issues and he seems to be the type to put it on the line. He was right on economic issues too. He left the Republican party because he's not a sell out.

The media is tying the low approval ratings for Bush and Congress to the Schiavo intervention. I think the low approval ratings are not because they intervened but because they failed. If they had done what it took to assure a living Terri Schiavo, they would have soaring approval ratings. As it is, they made the media morons mad by intervening and did it in such a disappointing way they made their supporters uninterested.

As the Zogby poll points out, the president and Congress were exactly in tune with the American public at large.

The real numbers were released after the fact, and showed a different picture, or, is this what you mean?

Are we really ready to give up this world and this fight without a peep? No one gets out of here alive anyway, so let's all heave ho and go down swingin'.

"Have at thee," as the Black Knight said in Monty Python.

The fight is on.....Join the fray over on the threads about Mae.

A California woman is facing federal charges for allegedly threatening to kill Michael Schiavo if Terri Schiavo died.

Mourners Gathered To Celebrate Terri's Life

As the sun began to set, members of Terri Schindler-Schiavo’s family and friends filled the Most Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church Tuesday, April 6. As music echoed into the parking lot, tears flowed from over a thousand mourners. The area around the church was filled with media from all over, who did keep away from those who came to honor the life of Terri Schindler Schiavo.

Florida Senator Mel Martinez, a Republican, has admitted that the unsigned memo circulated among Congress that called the Terri Schiavo case a “great political issue” was written by a senior member of his staff.

Although Martinez did not name the staff member, informed sources say that the author of the memo which said that the removal of Terri Schiavo’s feeding tube was a “tough issue for Democrats” was attorney Brian Darling, 39, a former lobbyist. He has resigned his position

Zogby Poll Shows Americans Favored Terri’s Survival
By The Empire Journal

According to polls published by the mainstream media, particularly one by ABC News, it was indicated that most Americans favored the removal of the nutrition and hydration of Terri Schindler-Schiavo, the 41-year-old disabled woman who died of starvation and thirst March 31 in a court-ordered death in Florida.

ABC’s poll was criticized for being worded in a slanted fashion.

“The level of brain damage that she had can never justify what was done to her”, Pavone said. “Life does not lose its value and dignity when it is damaged

Do you think our leaders get this cause I do and totally agree with you!! They have to be stupid to think that their poll numbers have come down becasue they got involved with Terri Schiavo. They are going down cause they didn't get invovled enough!

Funny you should mention Pat, I've been thinking the same thing. Don't know a lot about the man, we supported him the last time he ran and he seems to be a man of principal. I would probably back Tom Delay over Pat though if he would run.
Now about not praying..this you must do or they will have won. Besides I have it on good authority that they (Michael, Felos, Greer, etc...) have received a death sentence.
The soul that sinneth, it shall die.
For those of us who have fought for Terri, we have every right and opportunity to keep doing what we know is right.
If we each do what we can do and support one another, victory is ours.

I agree, Piperpilot! From what we are learning, a DNR order, is indeed a very dangerous thing. I was taken by ambulance last week to the hospital. I'm not any where near elderly. I was horrified when both of those who where in the ambulance with me, said: They agreed with the killing of Terri. YIKES~!!!

Also, a family member was in the ICU during the past week. I talked to all the nurses I came in contact with in the ICU area. All of them, without exception, were in favor of what happened to Terri. Very, very SCARY~!!

I hope the Hospice donations are way down. They make me sick and I hope the public wakes up to their real intentions. They have mislead the public and hopefully the truth is now showing places like the Woodside Hospice is nothing but a Death Camp.

Some people give them donations thinking they are not being paid, when in reality, Medicare or Medicaid is paying them. I wonder how many $$$$$'s they made off of Terri? She was there at the hospice for over 5 years. Felos and Schiavo's other lawyers collected almost 500,000 dollars of Terri's money for their services and efforts to kill her.

ANNOUNCEMENT RE: TERRI'S FIGHT

http://www.blogsforterri.com/

March 27, 2005

BlogsForTerri Heads-up On Upcoming Announcement

BlogsForTerri and the Terri Schindler Schiavo Foundation are planning to join forces in a long-term mission to support life, and to defeat the emerging culture of death in America and the judicial system that supports it.

The effort, still in the planning stages, will be non-partisan, and will focus on the sanctity of human life and the defeat of euthanasia by judicial fiat. Liberals and conservatives, Democrats, Republicans, and independents, will be asked to continue to work together as we are doing for Terri, by focusing on the many views that we share in common, and working together to minimize those few views that we have differing opinions on.

We are determinate that Terri's terror will be the rallying cry of a wake-up call for America, and the beginning of a coming together of liberals and conservatives in the common cause of supporting life. As has been the case in bringing Terri's plight into the media spotlight, bloggers from all sides of the political spectrum will increase our number, as the powerful force we have already become, in order that we turn back the forces that seek to euthanize the disabled, the elderly, and the unwanted.

Every single politician, regardless of political affiliation, who's vote contributed to the murder of Terri Schiavo shall be targeted for defeat in the upcoming election. Every judge that turned their heads away from Terri, will be made to bow their heads in shame and disgrace.

Furthermore, we intend to create a tsunami of an outcry for an investigation of Michael Schiavo's abuse of Terri, and the Pinellas County court system that handed him the axe on a silver platter to do it with.

Much more to come ....

Free Republic has a poll in their sidebar. I emailed it to Jeb Bush. Freepers helped him and his brother get elected. Now we have a major problem with their handling of Terri's murder by judicial fiat.

Please do the sidebar poll.

Halls wrote: Oh, I'm sure there was an entire bone scan done of Terri. And even Felos now can't keep that a secret once it is released.""

Hall, I hate to be negative, but in this case, I have no other choice. A you can read below from the TheEmpireJournal, Dr Wecht was denied his request to observe the autopsy. I have total respect for Dr Wecht. In my opinion, the doctor is a good man.

For the ME in Florida to deny this outstanding forensic Doctor's request to observe the autopsy is just more of Pinelle County's OUTRAGEOUS BEHAVIOR~!!

Btw, if it was Dr Baden who was requesting to be present during the autopsy, I would have another opinion, due to Dr Baden's appearance on Fox News during Terri's torture. Dr Baden said Terri would feel no pain and he also tried to discredit one of the Registered Nurse's observations of Terri when she cared for her in 1995-96. I've also heard that Dr Baden has done an about face concerning his opinion of the 1991 Bone Scan.

http://theempirejournal.com/0402052_autopsy_completed.htm

From the link-->
The Schindler family had requested that an independent coroner be present for the autopsy and Dr. Cyril H. Wecht, well-known forensic pathologist and coroner of Allegheny County, Pa., had requested permission to observe the autopsy.

He says the Pinellas County medical examiner’s office denied his request which he said he considers a mistake, not just because of professional courtesy but due to the controversy surrounding the case.

Oh, trust me I agree with you. I have read what TEJ had wrote and about Whecht not being allowed to witness the autopsy. I think it is rediclous and if the ME is corrupt as all the rest we will find out as well. I'm just saying I think the ME probably did a bone scan, whether or not we get the true results of it is another.

The following is copied from your post *The Man Continues to Say No*.

The Man Who Continues To Say No

The Schindlers asked to be with their daughter as she took her last breath - Michael Schiavo said NO.

The Schindlers asked for a lock of Terri's hair - Michael Schiavo said NO.

The Schindlers asked for him not to cremate Terri's body - Michael Schiavo said No and cremated her.

The Schindlers asked if he would allow Terri to be buried in Florida so they can visit her gravesite - Michael Schiavo said NO.

The Schindlers asked where their daughter will be laid to rest - Michael Schiavo refuses to tell them.

These are not the actions of a loving husband who is interested in his wife's wishes - neither before or after - he mercilessly ended her life.
End of your post.

Thanks for all the hidious NO's of Michael Schiavo. It makes no sense that the MONSTER WOULD WANT TO HAVE TERRI'S ASHES.

He will soon have a new wife. What's he gonna do? Bury all of his wives in his family plot? What a hateful and spiteful man. I have no words to describe how hateful and mean the HINO is. In order for him to get by with all of his hidious actions, Felos had to ask for them - and Judge Greer had to approve them. What an evil 3 some~!!!
