Oh My..just heard this on the news....Something about the courts being negligent......???
I personally think it was Rick Santorum who made the difference not Jackson who kept saying he had flipped two Senators who no one can find. Jackson wasn't involved in this appeal.
Santorum made it clear about the de novo review not Jackson.

It was Rick Santorum who blasted the Federal Courts for not doing the review. Jackson kept talking about the Senate not the Federal Courts.
Don't assume that The Empire Journal, being based in New York, has anything to do with Hilary. TEJ has been working on Terri's case since at least November to help uncover the many improprieties about the judiciary involved in Terri's case, namely Judge Greer and his surrounding cohorts in Pinellas county.

In the DOJ complaint filing I posted a link to back at #50, the guardian ad litem recommended against removing the feeding tube. He was dismissed the following day, by Greer.
If the government relents and "saves" Terri, it is to somehow avoid the prospect of a $150,000,000 wrongful death lawsuit and treble damages against the state of Florida, the hospice, and all the players.

Yes, we must not resort to uncivil discourse, like umm telling others that they are guilty of torture. Yes, that would not be behavior becoming a freeper.

I think I need to say this, hopefully I am not repeating someone else 25x's over.
Most all of us are beyond outraged here at FR about Terri's murder.
But......We need to stop turning on one another.
As outrageous as Terri being killed is (I know how much this hurts as I have been my quadroplegic medically fragile son's careprovider for 26yrs per his desire to live) we are letting the Devil get a foot hold by how this is tearing us apart and eating at each other!
I am just as guilty jumping on fellow freepers due to how this is hurting my heart and lashing out.
Can we try to be more civil to one another through this, please?
