I don't find anything funny about Terri being starved to death.

Nor do I - but that illustration is spot-on.

Terri being starved to death is not funny. Us, now we are funny.

I don't think there is any thing funny about Terri startving to death either. However, I can find this cartoon's ability to be dead on target as to our division amongst ourselves to be quite amusing.

Well, good, because it wasn't meant to be funny. But hey, let's look at a political cartoon that shows the truth, and try to start an argument over that, too, huh?

Sounds to me like you piss and moan about stuff just to hear yourself piss and moan.

I don't either, Saundra. The drawing just indicates the intensity of the struggle that has gone on here and elsewhere. I can't let myself forget how to smile about other things.

"I don't find anything funny about Terri being starved to death."

The Republican Party called. They said to tell you, that because of a computer glitch, you may still get some mail asking you to donate, and to please ignore them. Also if you would be so kind as to give them to one of your neighbors.

Just thought I would pass it along. Saves them money that way.

There is nothing funny about that. The humor is about the tendency of conservative allies to destroy their own lines before the next battle is waged. Terri's battle against Schiavo, Felos, and Greer is lost.

I believe that Terri will be with those of us that cared after her passing with all my heart.

The Lord has a plan even in times of sorrow.

It may be time to start sending the message before any more divisions occur.

There are some that are just now entering this debate.

Not sure how we will console them or even try to explain all that has transpired but God's grace needs to be upon this place.

God Bless you for caring.

Nope. But I am sick and tired of fanatics blaming the Bush brothers. Andrew Jackson defied the Supreme Court and it remains a shame and stain on our American Legacy. If the Bush brothers defy the courts, the law & the constitution, they become dictators. We need to get off their backs.

Political cartoons are not meant to be funny, they're meant to be poignant.

For some people, the starvation death of an innocent disabled woman is little more than a political issue. Such people are as dangerous as any dyed-in-the-wool Culture of Death democrat, IMHO.
