After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
Jeb Bush. There will be a backlash of angry citizens leaving the Republican Party. I'm leading the way out.
I hope a certain 535 men and women that I can think of, along with one other very important man in particular, would have their ears ringing now as a result of it, and as the sun comes out in D.C. on this Monday.
Where will you go?
Even if he works in the Probate division, he's still a state judge and a member of the 6th district circuit court.
Wait until 2006, Denny.
I'm, personally, joining the Constitution Party. As I have said in previous posts, if it comes to a Republican and a Democrat in a national election, I will, after VERY carefully checking the Republican's background, vote Republican. But my money and efforts are going to go towards see the Constitution Party become a great party.
Funny. Heard that was said at a bunch of guys who met in Boston taverns and in private residences' cellars after dark in various cities on the US east coast, throwing around some wild and dangerous plans about 'a Republic'. The nerve of them to break the law.
But the purpose of the Constitution Party is to offer conservatives a presidential choice other than "R."
"He is a probate judge. You told me that I was spreading lies about him being a probate judge. I would appreciate an apology."
I will settle this for all of you and bet you will all agree: HE IS AN EVIL LOSER THAT DOES NOT BELONG ON THE BENCH OF ANY COURT!
I do, and often!

While Baden sounded like he is on Terri's side, when he spoke about an autopsy, I do not trust the Doctor. He was on Fox News Show Friends, one morning last week. Carla L, the nurse was on right after him. Carla told her story about Terri, in an excellent manner. She was very conviencing. She told about Terri saying * help me *, * hi * and other things.
Dr Baden then comes back on the show, and proceeds to discredit everything Carla, the Register nurse had just said. Dr Baden also said Terri is PVS and will not feel any pain. I was furious with Baden, as he is not an expert and has never examined Terri. He came off like the rest of the DOCTORS OF DEATH.
Therefore, when he suggested an autopsy today on Hannity's radio show, I decided I do NOT trust him. Also, the Medical Examiner in that area is probably under the control of JUDGE GREER. If an autopsy is done(not likely), and the ME says no sign of abuse, I will not believe it.
The area is a den of cover-up and lies, in my opinion. And Dr Baden is helping them out by saying things about Terri's condition, which are false. Baden said Terri's actions in the videos are not real. I say Dr Baden is spreading BS and helping Felos and the Culture of Death.
I admire your principled stand. Most will not.
Hastert himself is invulnerable. He represents the district where Reagan was born in 1911. If he loses his majority, then what? Nancy Pelosi will determine policy. We are really, as Michael Savage said, without political options any more.
No disagreement from me!
Terri's case is nothing but a travesty of Justice from beginning to end. Thank you for uncovering so much of it.
True. But if only a Democrat and a Republican wound up in a national election, I would vote Republican. Or if it was obvious that the Constitution Party candidate could absolutely NOT be elected. My purpose in joining the party now is to work to make sure it becomes viable and that one day its candidates WILL be top of the ballet.
I have been considering going Independent for some time. I thought of the Constitution Party, but the last guy they ran for president seemed a little unrealistic.
"No government may legalize the taking of the unalienable right to life without justification, including the life of the pre-born; abortion may not be declared lawful by any institution of state or local government - legislative, judicial, or executive. The right to life should not be made dependent upon a vote of a majority of any legislative body. In addition, Article IV of the Constitution guarantees to each state a republican form of government. Therefore, although a Supreme Court opinion is binding on the parties to the controversy as to the particulars of the case, it is not a political rule for the nation. Roe v. Wade is an illegitimate usurpation of authority, contrary to the law of the nation's Charter and Constitution. It must be resisted by all civil government officials, federal, state, and local, and by all branches of the government - legislative, executive, and judicial. We affirm both the authority and duty of Congress to limit the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court in all cases of abortion in accordance with the U.S. Constitution, Article III, Section 2. ....Finally, we also oppose all government "legalization" of euthanasia, infanticide and suicide. "
Has anybody got an alternate phone number for Gov. Bush? The main one is always busy. I don't have a fax either. (Or if I do I don't know how to work it!)
