Time to put locater bracelets and 24hour-camera surveilance on these offenders.

He was picked up this morning in Johnson County, and that is where the body was located as well. Johnson Co. is just south of Cedar Rapids.

If they have known him so long they must of known what he was. Why would they allow him around their children.

.....When will we learn?....
We have learned. It is they who have not.
Judges are again the problem for believing in rehabilitation.

What's the big deal? This happens all the time. The judicial system lets these people loose on the streets. You can't do anything about it. The courts run America. The president and Congress might as well go home. /frustration off

Exactly. The recidivism rate for child molesters is about 100%. Why do we take chances and risks by releasing those who have already shown they cannot suppress these deviant and cruel urges? We, as a nation, need to have our heads examined.

B@st@rd! These things seldom end well.
Prayers for that poor little girl and her family.
Yet another horrific family tragedy.
To: Fitzcarraldo
Time to put locater bracelets and 24hour-camera surveilance on these offenders. It is a hellofalot easier to track them if you just keep them locked in a 10x12 cell for the rest of their lives.

Time to put locater bracelets and 24hour-camera surveilance on these offenders.Nice of you to volunteer other people's money for this.
As soon as human predators are identified, they should be killed. No question about it.
I'm sure, as this sad story becomes known, that it will become clear that some little girl was destined to die because we missed the chance to kill her murderer first.

"My son said he saw my daughter in the truck...she has permission because because we've known him so long. I got back at 8:30 and she was gone." Didn't they know he was a registered sex offender? Sounds like this has happened before if she had "permission" to go with him places.
I'm not sure who makes me madder, the courts for not putting these monsters away for good, or an irresponsible parent who would let their child go off with one.
So sad.
