Didn't they know he was a registered sex offender? Sounds like this has happened before if she had "permission" to go with him places.
I'm not sure who makes me madder, the courts for not putting these monsters away for good, or an irresponsible parent who would let their child go off with one.

I regularly check the list for my area because I have young daughters at home. Most people don't even know where to look.
In Texas, you can search the database by city or zip code HERE. Most states have similar databases posted on the Internet.
The only way they would know is if he had told them(probably not) or if they had been told by an officer in the area (probably not) or if they had attempted the often complex process (for many) of locating these guys on the web.
Then there are registered sex offenders who just use other names...amd get their names changed along with that!
The only way to guard our children from these heinous inhumans is to do away with them. As time goes by, child pederasty is becoming more and more normalized as one can gauge from psychiatric journals and research.
When child pederasty becomes a normalized deviancy or even normalized period, then there wil be no way to protect our children.
