Didn't they know he was a registered sex offender?

Do you know which of your neighbors are registered sex offenders?

I regularly check the list for my area because I have young daughters at home. Most people don't even know where to look.

In Texas, you can search the database by city or zip code HERE. Most states have similar databases posted on the Internet.

This scum does not even appear on the Iowa website for offenders. This is what the site says:

"NOTE: Not all Registrants Appear on this Site
This site does not contain the entire list of sex offenders registered in Iowa. This information is being provided for the purpose of Iowa Code, Section 692A.13 which authorizes the Iowa Department of Public Safety to establish and maintain a website.

However, Iowa Code, Section 692A.13 does not authorize placing on this website persons who committed a violation of Iowa Code, Section 709.4(2)(c)(4) if that person was under 20 years of age at the time of violation."

So unless a parent or interested party wants to track down those offenders who are living in their midst, they have to 1) be lucky or 2) find them on the list or 3) hopefully find them with their name at the time of the offenses or 4) don't let their kids go anyhwere!

It's a sad state of affairs. And within a short time, child pederasty will become a normalized behavior...the APA is already making their moves. Tyhe actual killiongof thenchild will continue to be a crime, but the behavior that led to it will not. Psychiatrists are already saying that killing children happens because pederasts are fearful of being found out.

I just entered my zip code (I'm in west Houston) and found more than 70 RSOs in my area. Three of them live at the same address (about half a mile from me). I wonder which law enforcement agency would be interested in an RSO nest.

Scary thought: many sex offenders are charged, tried and then acquitted, meaning they have no record, so you won't find them on any registry. Many do not register. Also, those in charge of tracking their addresses to make sure they comply with the registry DON'T DO IT! So they can be all around you and you don't know it, putting the burden on innocent children for their own safety. Absurd! The registry is a great idea, but a false sense of security!
