Do these criminals, that are judge by their peers and sentenced and then released back into society, really need their dignity saved via Politically correct justice?
I'm sure some pro-criminal Freeper will argue: "The Scarlet letter, the Scarlet letter - electronic neck bracelets would be just wrong"
Well in this digital age we will only hear about our children being abducted and killed on a daily basis.
I do understand that history repeats itself, regardless of what measures we take and how educated we become. The world has a problem of evil, we are in a fallen state.
However electronic Neck bracelets would surely deter someone and those "someones" would translate to 5, 6 or maybe 20 children. Children that can continue to live, play, grow, learn and contribute to society.
Listen, my perspective is this - some people are a danger to society. When these sexual offending murderers are judged by their peers and found guilty don't throw the book at them; rather give them a bullet to the head. Or a needle to the arm. Or some gas so that they can expire or exit this world.
I loved Lennie Small's character however he had to die. He was a danger to society.
