How interesting. I was trying to think of when we really began going down this slippery slope and I think it was the school prayer issue back in 1963. Values have just been eroding since that time.

Greer is bluffing. The law gives DCF the authority and obligation to take her into emergency protective custody. They do not need permission from a judge for that. Of course, that law was written before Judge Greer became the most powerful man in the country. Maybe it's no longer valid.

Why would anyone waste a second waiting on an appeal to the USSC? Absolutely no shame among those judges, with a couple of exceptions

I haven't read the statute, but Greta did on air..and she interviewed a FL atty who said that the emergency measures can be used if there is not a guardian? That it is used in nursing homes...places like that?

All they wanted to talk about was Terri.

That proves the ABC poll was a joke (which most of us already knew). Instead of reporting news they are trying to make it by a poll which told people that she was brain dead and couldn't get better.
