Greer is bluffing. The law gives DCF the authority and obligation to take her into emergency protective custody. They do not need permission from a judge for that. Of course, that law was written before Judge Greer became the most powerful man in the country. Maybe it's no longer valid.

I haven't read the statute, but Greta did on air..and she interviewed a FL atty who said that the emergency measures can be used if there is not a guardian? That it is used in nursing homes...places like that?
