Just go away. Please. I am asking nicely. You don't care to discuss this case. You simply want to harp on those who are praying. You've made your point. Move on. You are becoming annoying and getting to the point of being reported.
We should have been addressing the weak legal arguments Gibbs has been making and trying to retain David Bois rather then wasting our time praying in cyberspace
SoCar, why are you disrupting our prayers and song? You complain bitterly about the prayers and verses but stay and still complain.
Then you do nothing but malign Gibbs. Are you an attorney?
Sow your discord elsewhere.
Your son is very VERY wise.
Many people have wondered why he took the petition again. Some people believe somethings may have come into light for the judge and the lawyer representing the Schlindlers.
All I can say is take a look at this... (this is what is giving me hope right now)

Beautiful Prayer. Amen
lol
Good night, lakey.
Btw, I agree about the lace thing. :)
It's up to you. I think, though, that this person has shown his/her true colors by not going to another type of thread for straight discussion.
You said: "It is certainly evident that they were AGAINST this happening to Terri and WANTED to save her. Both of them did what they could within the Law, or at least within what their advisers told them was within the Law."
I like your screen name. Keep your eyes focused on truth. ;o) And always remember....when a person is deceived, he does not know it.
If you become president of the U.S. you know the powers granted you by the Constitution. The same thing can be said if you're governor. It is inconceivable that they do not know the following: http://www.heritage.org/Research/LegalIssues/LM2.cfm
They have not acted in ignorance. I would love to think so, but I'm afraid it's just not the case. Politicians sometimes have to give certain impressions.....because it so often works.
I voted for Bush. I've supported them, but I can no longer do so in good conscience. Not unless God gives them a nifty nightmare tonight causing a heart change towards God in the morning.
Let me ask you this: Did Pilate have any excuse for washing his hands and allowing the worst? He also took time hoping there might be another way out. But when push came to shove, Numero Uno came first.
It's like this: There are two choices. You can play on the ignorance of people who don't understand what executive orders are - and claim you've done all you can.
Or you can allow this:
Here are the medical facts on what happens to a person who is "medically" starved to death:
"Removal of the G-tube would likely create various effects from the lack of hydration and nutrition, leading ultimately to death. Brophy's mouth would dry out and become caked or coated with thick material. His lips would become parched and cracked. His tongue would swell, and might crack. His eyes would recede back into their orbits and his cheeks would become hollow. The lining of his nose might crack and cause his nose to bleed. His skin would hang loose on his body and become dry and scaly. His urine would become highly concentrated, leading to burning of the bladder. The lining of his stomach would dry out and he would experience dry heaves and vomiting. His body temperature would become very high. His brain cells would dry out, causing convulsions. His respiratory tract would dry out, and the thick secretions that would result could plug his lungs and cause death. At some point within five days to three weeks his major organs, including his lungs, heart, and brain, would give out and he would die. The judge found that death by dehydration is extremely painful and uncomfortable for a human being. The judge could not rule out the possibility that Paul Brophy could experience pain in such a scenario. Paul Brophy's attending physician described death by dehydration as cruel and violent."
No, TruthSetsUFree. I cannot in good conscience support the Bushes.
Hannity & Colmes rerun is on right now... I really can not stand to listen to Colmes anymore. What a joke. Doesn't he realize how stupid he sounds?
I am not a Christian, I am a Jew. Get that straight. I do not and will not ever believe what you do. I am getting quite sick of being disrespected on these boards. Jesus Christ is not my savior, get it??
WoW, Phil. That's compelling!
Judge Bork was on Sean today and said that USSC really had to reject the appeal since it was based on a law to benefit one person and they cannot possibly review any one person cases.
Thank you. Sometimes the brain works. Other times.....not so much. :)
Oh we "get it" alright. How about we "get" back to Terri now.
amen

IGNORE HIM...I am...it's easy to do, why antagonize someone that the devil must have sent....why waste your time answering him when you have all of us to talk to?
Abby, did Judge Bork say anything about the president or the governor here? As in what they could do?
Or was he silent?
That makes me so sad. I'll be really careful when my kids want to get married. The spouse to be is gonna get looked at with a big old magnifying glass for a while first.
Mine's on the not so much mode...
