He is like Himmler... I don't think that flowers would make it inside..the place is like an armed camp right now.. and yes.. Michael has made hundreds of illegal decisions regarding Terri that would normally get a guardian removed.. like denying medical treatment.. or antibiotics for an infection..

actually I don't think they listened to the witnesses for Schindlers. They sat for 2.5 hours without being called and I heard that the Judge was really curt with Gibbs over calling this murder!! Doesn't sound good to me. Sounds courrupt!!
I was just agreeing with potlatch that Phil shouldn't feel badly for the effort he gave. I was uplifting Phil. I italicized the whole comment. I wasn't making a comment on prayer. I guess I should have edited the prayer part out.

The problem with the first filing was that he went off on a tangent with the religious issue...and should have stuck to the main issue that could've possible won, which is the fact that hearsay testimony was admitted as absolute fact and not only should it have been inadmissible but should be looked at as highly suspicious considering Michael really has abandoned his marriage by fathering children & living in a common law marriage with another woman the last 10 years. He also concentrated too much on slamming Greer...but he cleaned it up in a major way after that and included the important parts in the SCOTUS appl. So I think they may have it right this time. You have to give the guy credit...he has been working around the clock with a judicial system that is a joke and how many attorney's practice at the SCOTUS regularly if at all? Even Sekelow has only tried 13 cases there. Pray....and hope God intervenes...now DCF made 30 separate charges of abuse against Schiavo as well...and I am not sure how they presented that and if that is in this filing or if it is separate...

Why is he taking such a long time for a decision? The emergency meeting was over hours ago.
The last time he decided was quick and negative. Could tonight the night for Terri? Or, is he taking time to prepare a negative decision to acquiesce us and waste time?

Well, who is that in here that talks to Mary? Maybe she could find out for us? Hey, I have an idea... what about finding out the address for Terri's brother & sister? Of course, they probably aren't there much to accept them though so nevermind that idea. Maybe sending to her at Hospice is best. I bet the nurses could put them closeby her room somewhere. And they could be addressed to the family so maybe MS won't make them throw them out??? Rules? What do we really care about rules? /sarcasm off

His brother says they have both been by Terri's side all week. Mike S that is.
Can you imaging the fear she feel knowing he murderer is sitting by her side.
Does he have a back door to hospice because I sure haven't seen him in the news coming and going as her parents have been shown doing so.
Brother also says Mike is crying heavily at times. I just don't believe that for one second.
Brother also says Mike S doesn't understand why the public is victemizing him. Go figure.
He sure has .. he's been a soldier .. working around the clock, God love him.
