The spiritual advisor of the Schindlers, Bro. O'Donnell, said the Dept. of Children and Families has had a new physician examine Terri and that "he DID go into her room and WAS at her side and DID observe her."
Department of Children and Families, are the department if someone is being physically abused, or the elderly, and "they have the authority" to take her into protective custody.
He continued, "what is being done to her now constitutes" that, and that DCF should "be taking her into protective custody."
Cooper: "Aren't people being taken off feeding tubes all the time?" Brother O'Donnell: "When they're DYING. But she was not dying. She could live another 20, 40 years."
"She's the only person who has been COURT ORDERED to have her tubes removed. Not 'The guardian MAY" but the guardian 'shall' remove her tubes."
CNN checked on the facticity of this last claim, and found that "There is ONLY ONE other case, Nancy Beth Cuzan in which the court ordered the tube MUST be removed."
Dr.Sanjay Gupta says if Terri is in the minimally conscious state, her eyes open spontaneously. She must do one of the following: --follow simple commands (to show she can hear and understand) --give yes or no responses

WHO authorized MICHAEL to take the money from Terri's CARE AND REHAB fund to use to pay FELOS to have her put to death?
She hasn't been considered PVS for 15 years. Only one doctor has truly diagnosed that, and no other exams were allowed in the interim.

Actually, Greer has refused to allow any negative affidavits into the evidence pile. This is a fix from day one when Greer (Felos's buddy) took charge. Now, too many democrats have hung their soiled underwear on having this useless eater put down, so Florida is not about to allow her to live and possibly embarrass the death party.
PBS had a program recently about the Nazi's T4 program, where disabled people were rounded up and euthanised. Physicians who signed the euthanasia papers often didn't even interview the patient/victim, they relied on med reports sent up the chain of command.
Six days of starvation and thirst could do that to you.

Why did the jury award so much money for Terri's REHAB, and MIchael PROMISE to take care of her the rest of her life, if she was BRAINDEAD as you imply?
I do not believe so because that would entail the governor taking charge to bring her into protective custody ... and I would pay real money to see Greer stand in the way, physically, of that!
I won't go into your entire post except to say that feeding tubes are removed from almost dead cancer patients and totally debilitated ill dementia patients.
I think there is enough disagreement about her diagnosis but being fed is not heroic in a woman who has no infections, no cancer and can be expected to live with food.
The parents are not going to care for her in their home nor is Michael. His conflict of interest is apparent and has been for a long time. I do not understand the objections to loving parents caring for their daughter unless it is about the state paying for her care. The state is paying as we speak for innumerable people in heer state and debilitated dementia pts, people with advanced mental illness, criminals for goodness sakes.
She deserves better than a criminal.
We just disagree profoundly. And please do not accuse me of being stupid or ill informed. There is misinformation all around and you nor I possess the truth.
Actually, one of the things the speaks volumes is Judge Greer forbidding anyone from trying to feed Terri via conventional means.
If she truly is unable to swallow, that would be moot.
I like to call it the Felos Memorial Useless-Eater Disposal Center.
