Actually, one of the things the speaks volumes is Judge Greer forbidding anyone from trying to feed Terri via conventional means.

If she truly is unable to swallow, that would be moot.

We were having a discussion about Terri at work yesterday. I made just that point.

That finally shut up one of the participants who had been saying truly awful things... their response was I thought she couldn't eat/drink. I said to my knowledge no one had been allowed to try in years. But that if they really wanted to pull the feeding tube she at least ought to be given the chance to take oral.

The people on this board that condone the starvation of this defenseless woman do NOT want to hear that. They put their fingers in their ears and HUM TO THEMSELVES.
