Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

I have no idea. I was just angry that this guy can flit here and there and have no address to speak of, like he's a ghost or batman. (Pardon to batman asked. I should have said Prince of Darkness.) I have no idea why no one is outside his home questioning him, a la Scott Peterson or OJ, partially out of pure curiosity. Who the Sam Hill is this guy and what the heII does he think he can do jacking W and the Congress around? Is there no legal remedy against this man? Is there no steel in Floridians?

I say we should go back to civilized times, and gather up all the pro deathers on one end of a field, and all the pro lifers on the other end, everyone armed with rifles, and see who wins.

This crap about using militarily armed police to force the will of the minority, and of petty tyrant judges and criminals on the moral and honorable, unarmed citizens of the united states has to be put to an end.

Watching those thugs arresting a chubby old lady for trying to give water to the dying is pushing me over the edge. My mind is short circuiting. I just can't conceive that such a thing could really be happening here in this country.

Having interviewed Terri’s father on her radio show (“Dr. Carole’s Couch” on voiceamerica.com), Dr. Lieberman uncovered the fact that Terri’s husband, Michael Schiavo, fit the profile of a wife-abuser. At Terri’s father’s request, she put her opinion in writing so that the family could provide it to their attorneys, Governor Jeb Bush and Florida DCFS – who are investigating the possibility (supported by medical records and witnesses) that Michael Schiavo may well be the one responsible for Terri being in her current state.

To think the court would have listened to those three LOSERS, over Terri's friends and family is unfathomable. One of the many things that convinces me the FIX was in before the case was even heard.

Those on the right, on the other hand, keep citing privacy, limited government, and state rights. Oh, and both sides argue no one would want to live like that.

Many "Republicans" who want Terri dead fail to cite the real reason: they know she's not PVS and are afraid that if she lives their profitable death mills will be exposed.

Taking your arguments point by point:

Fight perception that judiciary authority is being challenged, but not at the expense of a helpless woman.

This is not euthanasia, because outside of her husband's biased verbal testimony there is no other evidence she wants to die. Besides, most neurologists claim she feels no pain.

The highest ideal as a conservative must be the value of human life. It supersedes all other conservative values, except for killing an enemy of the state,of course.
