Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Watching someone starved and dehydrated to death by a monster and a judge who as guardian has never bothered to see Terri nor care about the lack of therapy and joy she has endured during the past twelve years is the stuff of nightmares.
It is one of those hellacious, sick, perverted acts that the SICK Florida law regarding hearsay ... that hearsay evidence can be considered clear and convincing in life and death matters where no will or directive is written.
Tho we all know this is important, that hearsay is a necessary component here, to allow SLUGS like Michael, who remembered SEVEN YEARS after her collapse that she wished to die, and add to that, AFTER he had gotten a big bunch of money to be used for rehabilitation tho he NEVER DID THAT, and AFTER he had met his finacee ...

The FLORIDA Law needs to include PROTECTION for victems like Terri from guardians with horrific goals.
When LAWS are BAD.........and life is at stake, action has to be taken.

Wow, I was hoping to get home and find something had happened. I am hoping because the neurologist saw her today and DCF hasn't acted yet that he knows she has more time. God please give her the time she needs and keep her safe and well.

Me either, I went to church today and had a talk with my pastor about Terri. I had my Save Terri Button on and it was so hard for me to just sit there with him and tell him how much this has personally affected me. He said it was good that I am so involved in this and he was proud of me. He also said that he agrees w/everything I believe about Terri and that it has been on his heart as well. I felt much better after seeing him, but still it will be so hard to sit in the Good Friday service Friday night and worship God if Terri is not taken into DCFS custody by than or if she has passed. My heart will be broken!

How about praying that Terri is released from this purgatory and takes her place by God in Heaven. Where do you think she will be happier? Or don't you believe the religion that you supposedly profess?
I don't know if I have ever seen such an out of place comment on a thread meant for people who share a love for Terri and have fought hard and long to help save her...why would any FReeper post such a comment on this thread?
Why not start your own thread titled "We demand Terri get her happiness in Heaven" or something like that and lay out your opinions there for discussion.
Do you not get that this thread is dedicated to those who support the Schindler's effort to save Terri?
Ya know---- some times we must take a hard look at exactly where we are in the cycle of the rise and fall of nations. That is a fact.
