[history]
Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Terri has not received treatment for about 10 years. Michael won 1.5 million in the courts and he swore that it would be for Terri's rehab yet he has refused to spend a dime on her.

All these young people out at the hospice is good to see.

Another poster (I think DJ MacWoW), said it was to give an opportunity to change his decision. This makes sense to me. It was me. The DCF had new info from a doctor with the Mayo clinic who saw Terri for less than an hour and studied all of her medical records. The doctors opinion was minimally concious. Greer was given a chance to change his ruling. Idiot put it off till noon tomorrow.

We hope they will go and get her out of there but we don't really know.

According to my sources at least ONE DCF person has entered hospice and the police let them in...

DCF needs to get a contingent of state police to show up with them.

I heard Pat Boone interviewed today on Cavutto. He said, (and maybe this is well known and I just missed it), that when the police were first called to Schiavo's residence on the night of Terri's injury, they were initially investigating it as a crime scene. They thought she had been attacked.

He was cleared of malpractice. He did not, as I recall, contest the fact that he was treating her for bulemia."""
Contest the fact - What are you talking about? He was NOT treating Terri for Bulemia. Are you a Terri supporter or a Felos spinner of the facts? Sorry, but I haven't read any of your other posts.
I have no idea of where you stand on the main issue. If you are against Terri, I have nothing else to say to you.
The hour is too late to argue the facts.

you know he isn't going to change his ruling

I honestly believe that either by POTUS or Jeb or both, there will be an exec order to take Terri, with the new evidence and more coming out each day, they would NOT want Terri dying on their watches.....
To: Tree of Liberty
Well, that's ok - just have a very large number of "advisors."
Thanks for the info. I didn't know this.

I found one in my daughter's room before I knew what it truly meant to be saved and I thought it was interesting. I've read both of those since and I have a totaly different outlook. At times I can almost see those forces battling around me.
If I was rich I'd send his book "The Prophet" to every major newscaster I could find. Of course, even if they read it, they wouldn't understand it.

"As I looked at Terri and she gazed directly back at me, I asked myself, if I were her attending physician, I could in good conscience withdraw her feeding and hydration. No, I could not. I could not withdraw life support if I were asked. I could not withhold hydration and nutrition from this beautiful lady whose face brightens in the presence of others." Dr William Cheshire after spending 90 minutes with Terri Schiavo. Taken from his affadavit dated 3/23/05.

Thanks. I have Savage on now, and I don't have cable for Hannity.
