Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

He was cleared of malpractice. He did not, as I recall, contest the fact that he was treating her for bulemia.

I haven't gotten to read some things. I had read recently that the bulimia wasn't proved and couldn't be from her medical readings in the emergency room either. *shrugging*

Suzanne, Terri's sister, said the doctor was treating her for "female problems," or irregular periods. She also said the bulimia charge is one Michael concocted for court but was never documented or proven.

Another thing not commeneted upon, the nite the cops went in upon being called by paramedics, they found bottles of meds, some of which were from Michael's pspychiatrist!!

Yes, that's what I was thinking. I was also wondering if the original episode was caused by an injection of insulin by Michael rather than caused by her own eating disorder. Insulin apparently is Michael's "weapon of choice." And he IS a nurse.

I wish I could check into a hotel with a stack of magazines, some junky books, and a Bible. No TV watching, no phone, no internet. I would just pray for Terri; take a break with People magazine; and stay in my hotel room for a week, by which time it would all be over.
