Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Randall Terry is on with Sean now. If legislature does not pass the bill Jeb will go take her? If they do pass the bill, he will still be able to go take her.

Jay Sekolow on with Sean. He's not optimistic for Supreme Court. Says DFC has statutory authorithy and they can go in a a moments notice and tke physical cusotoy of Terri. His "view" is judge can't do a thing about it.
Jay thinks Jeb would not have come out and said it was possible if he wasn't close to be able to doing it.
Randall Terry saying FL senate bill, if passed will go back to house. Fix language. Saying some may not vote but walk off the floor. He's been in gallery and not sure how it will go. Might need two votes. "Campbell talking out of both sides of his mouth."
