Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

I don't know. Does the DCF NEED a judge's authorization to take custody? If so, perhaps that is why this was said that they are before Greer right now?

I don't know if this is pending what the legislature does...but that doesn't make sense, because the 2 different actions relate to 2 different diagnoses

The only problem is, Greer can and will deny DCF's request once again, since everyone has to defer to Greer, that will be it, since we know the Supremes will ignore this once again.

It is Judge George Greer's constant disregard for the rule of law that got us here in the first place.

I think Jeb said the DCF is going before Greer to take protective custody, based on the new findings from Cheshire (?), reputed neurologist's finding w/Mayo Clinic.

Personally I'm offended that certain people on here have so little regard for God's laws... Slavery was about state's rights too in case you forgot.. so was segregation.. states make bad laws sometimes, and when their bad laws allow murdering innocent human beings, sometimes the feds have to step in. Lots of nasty things were legal in Hitler's Germany...just because something is legal doesn't make it right..

Or, if you are a big man, like Mike Schiavo, you can shake your wife and she will enter a coma. That's the ticket! Then you can legally kill her and be supported in it by the news media and many legislators!

Soften his heart as he now listens to DCF and their new information ... cause him to consider the weight of this new information ... may he rule wisely and well, that this wounded woman could be brought back from the darkest agony of body and soul.
