Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
Isn't it ghoulish the way they toyed with the time . . . keeping Terri slowly dying and her parents in slow time anguish. Oh, they are really something, this group.

Even if one could prove legal malpractice on Gibbs' part, it wouldn't help keep Terri alive---
Perhaps a lawsuit after she dies, but I don't think the Schindlers would do that--
I do think they will file a lawsuit against MS though!

It is unadulterated evil that we are witnessing. One good example are those who claim that God would want this. It is evil of the highest order.
There are some who would call me crazy for saying that. Some who don't see it at all. Those who cannot see the evil are on the wrong side of the war.
It doesn't undermine anything. We must accept God's will whatever it is.
I am certainly not subcribing to HINO "don't worry, be happy" insanity.
We have to do what we can, but accept whatever happens.
Accept to me only means using this as a way to change things and eradicate the death culture.
How many of you want Terri to die just because some Christian Conservatives want her to live?"

We know not what to do, O Lord ... we are before You, prostrate in heart, for all our efforts to spare the life of our beloved Terri have been met with stunning defeat. We put before You every effort, every whispered prayer and ask that You gather them together this day and fashion the key that will unlock the door to Terri's prison ... release her to life, Merciful Father ... deny the Merchants of Death this sacrificial lamb.
The government of men meet this hour to determine the fate of this mother's child. Hearts have been hardened against her. Pierce these hearts with the pleas of her agonized family ... give them the greatest unease that those against her can do no other but vote for life. Take control of heart and voice and hand ... direct them to an affirmation of life and not to judicial homicide. Let those who speak words of death become garbled ... let those who speak life bring forth truth ... let truth prevail, Almighty God, for the sake of Your Son, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
Sustain our beloved Terri is her greatest hour of need. May she feel Your Heavenly Presence ... may she be refreshed by the wellspring of Living Water ... may manna from Heaven rest upon her parched lips ... may the Word of Life be hid in her heart ... may it be the food for her soul that man has denied. May the Heavenly Host surround her and her beloved family ... they can only be sustained by You, O God ... reach into their tear-stained hearts with the assurance that You are with them and will not leave them comfort less.
Bring forth that one Judge for whom we have long prayed ... one who will render justice long denied. You have graced this nation so with Your Merciful Hand ... rise up this day, O God, and call forth that one Judge who will send away these vipers from hell, else this mother's child will perish. Thank You that You are God ... You are Sovereign ... thank You for knitting our hearts in prayer for Terri and those like her. Shelter her, Gentle Shepherd ... carry her gently back to the sheep fold and into the care of her family. In the Name of Jesus, may it be thus to Your Everlasting Glory, may it be thus ... Amen ...

Sen. Wise -- did, I told his staffer we appreciate his efforts for Terri, and are praying for his strength and wisdom.
"I'm really saddened by the fact people don't understand (that) for some of us, heaven is a place where we think Terri will go. And we think, as good ardent Christians, that heaven is a better thing than anything we have experienced here on earth," King said.
"We can't understand why anybody would try, particularly staunch Christian advocates, would try to deny Terri the opportunity to have what has always been described to us as the promised land, King added."
