Yes, so very tragically, the courts always rule against Terri.
I will not be around for much of this morning and early afternoon. I promised my kids I'd take them out to do fun stuff today, and after what is happening to Terri all I want to do is spend every moment I can with my boys and love them. I hope when I return Terri will be hanging in there and the Florida state senate finally got their act together and passed a bill to save Terri. That or Jeb and DCFS took Terri into protectice custody. Anything right now to save Terri!!! I will pray through out the day!
You said it, piperpilot. We are together. Together for Terri, and for our poor nation. We will go on through all of this together and seek GOD's way so our nation may be blessed again.

There's a lot of work cut out for the Floridians to get their safeguards into law...and whereever we live, we need to double check and see if Terri's situation could happen where WE live...and work to see that it doesn't!

We need to help get the info of corruption in Terri's case out. This is what we need to do.
Many of you know that The Empire Journal has been hacked and forced to use another (more secure) server.
The problem is that when people google search- Due to the adress change- (as explained to me) they are not at the TOP of the google list anymore. THey need the hits to climb back to the top- which will get their info out there better.

You are right about that...It really began hitting home for me about how bad things were when the hoopla about the Passion of the Christ started...And then the election. And now this. Any believer who hasn't woken up might find a rude awaking waiting for them if we can't stop it now.

I have rarely prayed so hard for anything, or anyone than I have been praying for Terri and her family, AND that God will speak to both President and Governor Bush to let them know what they can do to save her.
God is Sovereign, and He hears our prayers!
They passed a law in about 1999 or so to allow the feeding tube to be removed from those who have a living will. Terri does not have a living will, but Judge Greer is allowing Michael's hearsay evidence to stand in place of Terri's living will.
So no, as far as I can see Judge Greer made law will he ruled in favor of the husband and therefore it is illegal.
