Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

An Executive order re the witness protection of Congress might be put forward as legal grounds. However, it would be ignored by the Pinellas Park boys, and there would be a bloody war outside and inside the Hospice, I believe. If anything is preventing Bush, in his mind, from doing this, I think it is that prospect that is the reason. And the same goes for Bush the Governor.
I don't think there's a report. Not sure about a thread. Nurse Nora said it was a petition to the President or about the President. Seems they weren't happy the US Congress got involved and "trampled their "states rights" (to kill the disabled).

I literally believe there will be many dead and injured, including many innocent, if it happens. I don't think of it hypothetically. The consequences of that could be beyond all our comprehension as we ponder it before it happens. If I didn't believe it would go that way, to that degree of severity, I would counsel, even beg the Bushes to try it. But believing as I do, I believe the cure would be worse than the disease, and make no mistake, this nation is in the grip of a disease over this, and other, issues.
