Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
No doubt he only went out to California to chase hot babes that weren't his wife. He should be castrated for being such a sick animal in heat with no self-control.

Interesting that MS brought up the fact she "wouldn't want to live that way" a full 7 years after her "accident".

Yeah and that is precisely why that Judge was grossly irresponsible to let that testimony in...if wasn't for that we would not be arguing this...
She wrote it in conjunction with her lawyer after she nearly died because of a misdiagnosis in 1991. She made a very specific list out with several contingincy plans and her lawyer wrote it in legalease.

These men and women swore an oath to preserve and protect innocent human life. They are in the process of violating that oath in the worst possible way by serving as protectors of murderers in the commission of their crime.
I think you and I are on the same side -- the person I was answering seemed to think, that just because he wouldn't want to live "like that", Terri shouldn't either.
My point was that he can choose to live a "living will" ( more like a dying will) and leave instructions, but since Terri didn't and there is a great deal of uncertainty, to put it mildly about her wishes, someone else's will should not be imposed upon her -- especially not her "husband's", where more and more evidence is coming to light that he set out to murder her.
