Jesus wasn't stupid, why do you assume the Church should be. Biblical process is unambiguous. If a person will not suffer correction, they are to be shown the door. But, it's nice you could show your "feelings" on the matter. I'm sure if we just threaten saddam for another 12 years and show him we love him.......
I have just reported it too.
I also made a thread on a discussion board there, since it hadn't seemed to come up on "auctions" or "miscellaneous", either. So I suppose we aren't being "repetitive" or overwhelming.

I intended to post a public comment to the "seller", but didn't know anything about that feature (new to me!) and ended up privately e-mailing him. Here's the messages:

Actually a lower can and should reverse a decision if something new is discovered that SCOTUS didnt take into consideration or SCOTUS at the time of the ruling ex Dred Scott,Plessy v. Fergunson. If your logic was true then why even bother going to lower courts they will just uphold SCOTUS, and then nothing will ever change!
The only reason to go through the lower courts is because you have to.
And as you go through the lower courts you need to have some case law on your side and you get that case law when the lower courts side your way.
Or you lose and then appeal.
If their is never any ruling that contradicts SCOTUS you have very little leverage.
