Maybe I missed this...has any Judge ordered her feeding tube to be put back in?
Not yet. No feeding tube reinserted at this time. (6:30 am PST). It should happen later today. Will it?
No. The case is under federal review.
Oh, geez. A Clinton judge? Keep praying, people. The innocent must be protected!!!!
It should happen...based on whose direction?
Did the Congressional Bill order the Judge to have it re-inserted?
got a "service not available" page. It might be too overloaded right now. Guess we'll have to try in a bit.
That explains why the Circuit in Atlanta is standing by just in case it needs to go there.
That's NOT good news. What is taking him so long? It's my understanding he's had the case since 4:30am!
Oy vey...a Clinton judge?
I think the logic here is that any judge will have to do further research and she can't be allowed to die until that's all done. Thus the fedeing tube.
Not exactly comforting.
From my understanding the Law does not compel the Court to take the case. Leaves it at the discretion of the Judge.
What a shame, the case has gone to another Deathocrat. I am far less hoeful after learning which President appointed this judge.
Does anyone have the link to the Friday story where the Florida woman was charged in the starvation, dehydration death of her Pit Bull?
For those politicians who ask the "Government to stay out of these intimate family medical matters"
just go to
http://www.cms.hhs.gov/oasis/obqm3.pdf
to see what Medicare and Medicaid decisions are made on our behalf.

Delay tactic.
Gov.Jeb Bush needs to move and get the DCF with State Troopers support, and get Terri to Hospital ASAP!!

Help them with starting investigations get started in right direction....FAX is better
Whats there to "research" ????
Tube in = Food
Tube out = no Food
Good greif! How do the Deathocrats keep getting these 'lucky' random judge selections?
Does anyone review the process by which these judges get picked for critical cases like this one?
This smells like high grade fertilizer.
