Continuation of Terri Schiavo daily March threads. Due to overwhelming participation we reached over 5000 posts in three days time!
I haven't seen the post, but I DID see congressman King (from Iowa i think) on Fox `n Friends, saying some VERY specific things about Michael and 'Terri's money', and it DID very much sound like congress or the feds had started a detailed investigation.
I can't look up exactly what he said right now, but he said something like~~
~~Michael had a little more than $2 million dollars from various settlements for Terri, he spent about $2 million on lawyers or other things, and possibly as much as $200K, or possibly as little as $100K on Terri's care~~
It seems like Michael and Greer's racketeering scam might soon be crashing down, and either or both of them could do prison-time.
I would suggest Michael have a 3rd party contact Gloria Allred again to try to get that $1million re-tendered briefly (possibly even secretly), then Michael could save face, pretend to be the hero, take the $1million, and give up Terri to the Schindlers. I would BET if he did this, all the felony charges being contemplated against him and Greer would just evaporate.
Couldn't agree more.
Who is this judge. What is his record? Is he a lefty who hates Bush?
Thank you, FL_engineer!
Rush: "It's even considered heroic now by the Left to [pause] abort [pause] babies."
No. You said that congresswoman was "pretty"...I think you must have been away from civilization for a while to think that!

Rush keeps [casually] mentioning that Whittemore is a Clinton appointee. [Twisting the knife]
Yeah! It's about time someone followed the money! And it's about time someone said so on the news!
excuse me, The Empire JOurnal HAS been following the money
"How could I forget?"
Easily. Too much to remember!
You have been so faithful in keeping us up to date. It is appreciated. (say Happy Birthday! to your hubby for me btw)
Nicmarlo and I seem to have been reading/thinking at the same time. From the Hospice Florida Suncoast you get to their chains/networks and institutes/projects pushing the euthanasia agenda.

Rhenquist openly voiced concern over the affect that impeachment pressure has on the judiciary. I'm hoping that someone who thinks like Rhenquist will give Whittemore a phone call. If Terri dies, there will be a nasty train wreck on judicial impeachment.
I hope she lives. We don't need this to crush them. But if she dies, they WILL PAY.
As far as Terri's case, I think her legal team should assume that the Clinton appointed judge has already turned them down and proceed to working on the next step. The fact that he is allowing her to continue to dehydrate while he "considers" the case speaks volumes about how he's going to rule. I wish it was different.
I do hope, that what is listed in the above link will be thoroughly investigated. It is the least, the very least, that could be done for Terri.
I understand that Terri was declared indignent and put on medicaid...it doesn't sound legal does it. Not since a jury awarded her so much money.

I heard that too. I think it was $200k total he said was spent on Terri. It was a good comparison $2 million on lawyers and $200 thousand on Terri.
I am a Christian. A follower of Christ.
Are you a Christian who can judge me?
Seems to me when a person is trying to make the argument against others being judgemental, they ruin their own credibility by being insulting.
Thankfully so. But no one on national news will mention the money out loud. Perhaps you were the start of they would consider a valid source.
No one is saying that she currently has an IV in her arm. That was what Bob Sellars of Fox News said a day or two ago...I about fell over! He said she had been on an IV feeding tube but it was stopped. Now whoever this is is repeating the same stupid misinformation. Believe me, she is not lying there now with an IV in her arm. Only wish she were.
"This is a human being, who lights up when her mother comes into the room, who laughs at her father's jokes, and who tries to speak, not a political statement."
And I'll add that she's a human being with all the same rights as any other which are supposed to be protected constitutionally. Those individual rights should take precedence over state rights, something even a bunch of freepers ignore who then go on to whine that they are true conservatives and Terri should die.
Scoop, sorry, but I don't know anything about this. Links?
