This is an unprecedented session. The Congress is meeting to save one persons life (in real time).
The only reason the Democrats are agreeing to this is that they don’t want to be known as the party that killed Terri.
This is American history happening before your eyes.
I was just thinking the same thing - kinda trumps the Dims earlier comments about we're not doctors and we don't know, doesn't it.

Even if she did make such a comment at one time in the past. People often change their minds, especially when they are the ones that are ill. I had a long conversation with a friend of mine who stated that he would not want to live if he had an incurable disease. He said he would shoot himself if he ever got terminal cancer. Well you guessed it, today he has throat cancer, lung cancer, diabetes, and his prognosis is hopeless. But he is fighting for every day and every hour.
His doctors should be sued for malpractice. The staple belonged on his mouth.

See the thing is before 1999 FL law didn't recognize a feeding tube as "Life support"

Because he was a 'useful carrot' for the democrat death cult in their pursuit of killing embryos for their body parts. Was Christopher a carrot? Of course not. To then arbitrarily degrade a more disabled person tells us a lot about the fears of democrats and their evil 'choice' and 'serial killing of the useless' agenda.
I'm all for "states' rights" and politically, I am to the right of Dr. Walter Williams. Etc. etc. Right now, I don't give a rat's behind about any of that stuff . I just want the stinking feeding tube reinserted so that Terri Schiavo doesn't die a slow, inhumane death. That's all. I want somebody - - anybody - - in a position to get it done to.... GET IT DONE.
I cannot believe that all this hoopla is even necessary.
