Wolfson's report is based on court files, depositions, medical records and interviews with everyone involved.
That said, I begin with the most explosive allegation:
Did Michael try to kill Terri?
Wolfson laughs. "No!"
-----
Wolfson's report states that in the four years after her collapse, Michael "had insistently held to the premise that Theresa could recover and the evidence is incontrovertible that he gave his heart and soul to her treatment and care . . . In late autumn of 1990, following months of therapy and testing and formal diagnoses of persistent vegetative state with no evidence of improvement, Michael took Theresa to California, where she received an experimental thalamic stimulator implant in her brain. Michael remained in California caring for Theresa during a period of several months."
Says Wolfson now: "Michael was adoring of her. One nursing home complained he was hostile and abusive of the staff in championing her care. She was immaculately kept. In 13 years, she never had one bedsore."

It will be done without comment from the on duty Judge. It is a virtual certainty.
Let's see if I can find that testimony and if I do, I'll post it as it's own thread and ping you.
If you could remember where it was. lol
Kennedy's weekend; a Reagan appointee. But I'm sure he'll be trashed.
My memory isn't THAT bad :-)
If Senator Frist, who is a good, good man, thinks that Terri didn't have a CAT scan, he is woefully misinformed.
SCHIAVO: Her mom kind of just stood between us. She yelled at me not to do this, don't do this. They stormed out of the nursing home. And from then, they tried to sue me numerous times to have me removed as guardian. And from then, they really basically didn't have any care with Terri. They hardly showed up to see Terri. Their main concern to me was the father was angry because he didn't get any money.
And the Schindlers had an entirely different take of this situation.
But court testimony apparently reflects that Terri's father admitted in court that he was angry about the money.
LOL!!!
And you believe him??? The story didn't even make sense.
IIRC, I believe they had her in Cali twice. The second time was at the insistence's the father.
Shiavo put a halt to it, and others now have drawn conclusions from that which are most certainly faulty.
They claim he wanted her dead because he is hiding the fact that he caused her to have heart failure by beating her.
I think OJ is at fault.:-)
Thanks. We're leaving at 4:30 but I'll check in when we get back home.
Guess I won't admit mine is. :D
(you're not supposed to lose the reminder notes that help you remember what you forgot)
"There is an accounting. It's been posted a million times here. It went mostly to lawyers."
So, money designated for her medical care went to attorneys? That is criminal.
Has anyone ever done a background check into the Schindlers?
Someone should.
This case is indeed all about the Schindlers.
They want everything their way or no way. Selfish. They are not thinking of Terri, only winning against Michael.
Schindlers "Just want to take Terri home." Impossible! She would die in a few days. She has to remain in the hospice, for cryin' out loud.
Please explain to me how the heck they are being "selfish" by trying to love & care for their daughter?
I have a funny story about those reminder slips.
When we built our house and first moved in, there were many details to attend to and I used post it notes like crazy.
My sister and nephew visited and on the way home my sister asked her son "Did you like auntie's house?"
He said yes and he wondered why his mom didn't decorate the way I did. My sister asked what he meant and he said he liked "all those little yellow pieces of paper."
LOL
Once again you show your ignorance... It's not a question of what she would or would not expect. He made a vow before God Almighty to take care of her not matter what unto death. I guess in your world, such vows don't matter... their cheap and disposable.
Why doesn't it make sense? It makes perfect sense, you just don't believe it. I'm going to find that testimony.
