A mentally disabled woman whose court ordered starvation-execution began Friday attempted to contradict her estranged husband's claim that she wants to die hours before her feeding tube was disconnected, an eyewitness is claiming.
Barbara Weller, an attorney for Terri Schiavo's parents, told reporters Friday afternoon that during her visit earlier in the day she told Ms. Schiavo:
"Terri, if you would just say, 'I want to live,' - all of this will be over."
According to pro-life activist Randall Terry, who recounted the scene to radio host Sean Hannity, Schiavo tried desperately to repeat Weller's words.
"'I waaaaannt . . .' Schiavo allegedly said, in a prolonged yell that had police stationed nearby running into her hospice room.
"She just started yelling, 'I waaaannt, I waaaannt,'" Terry said, according to Weller's account.
At that point police ejected Weller, he said.

Keep in mind when Terri makes sounds, she is attempting to talk, but needs therapy in order to talk. Even without therapy, Terri can say a few words. Sadly, Michael won't allow her to have ANY kind of therapy.

You may be right. He may love Dr "Humane Death" Cranford.
Or they'd say "Hey, she can speak somewhat, and is not PVS. Why not give her some therapy so she could say clearly and unambiguously what she wants?"
You're right. My daughter pointed out that she had an MRI for headaches 4 years ago.

In asking for the court order, she told Greer that her husband forced himself on her sexually, burned her belongings and said she was possessed by the devil. Greer ruled that she didn’t have “enough proof” that her husband was violent because she said he had not been physically violent----yet. Apparently Rice took no steps to protect one of his own employees from harm either.
Two weeks later, Helene McGee was dead, stabbed to death.
Her husband had left a message telling her he was leaving town, leading her to believe that it would be safe to return to their home because he wouldn’t be there. Upon entering her home, he stabbed her to death.
Deputies found her husband hiding, submerged in a drainage ditch behind their house, wearing camouflage and a black mask. He was charged with first degree murder.
Helene McGee was a nurse at the Pinellas County Jail operated by Pinellas County Sheriff Everett Rice, Pinellas County Sheriff, one of Greer’s best friends. Her co-workers say she was scared to death of her husband.

Okay Romans Catholics don't allow divorce;so what do they say about adulterous spouses and murder? Is starvation really more acceptable than divorcing someone ?
and btw has anyone here contacted their congressmen on getting a law passed to save her life ; and the life of others like Terry yet ?

She laughed around THREE times in A MINUTE OR TWO - not four hours. Anyway, IF THAT IS TRUE, if I were ill and didn't laugh or talk for 4 hours, should I have to be murdered?

An Absolute Must Read, Especially for Those who Have any Doubts that this is murder!
This article also tells how Terri expressed that she wanted to live just YESTERDAY. Heartbreaking. She cried and tried to say "I waaaaannnnt (to live)" in response to one of her attorneys, who was kicked out of her room after this incident.
Terri would be able to say it better with THERAPY, but Michael won't allow THERAPY, or TREATMENT, because he doesn't want her to tell how she was hurt.
Call your Congressman and U.S. Senators, and give them the facts so they will have the passion to save Terri. and tell them to stop this murder of an innocent woman who cried yesterday, because she doesn't want to die!!
What crossed my mind was Michael shiavo's girlfriend. What kind of person is she, not to step forward and say something in defense of Teri? She has two children by Michael doesn't she wonder what they will think later in their lives that their mother did nothing to stop this madness?
She must wonder why he wants Teri dead. He could have divorced her long ago; turned her care over to the parents and still kept the money he won in that phoney law suit.

That's the problem, without seeing the rest of the video, we don't know if she was laughing when NO jokes were told, or if the same joke was told 10 times and we are being shown the time when the laughing matches up.
The judge has seen ALL the video before making his decision.
This isn't directed at you but since yours is the last post on the thread I'll put it here.
I've seen so many mis-statements by freepers that it's hard to get through the posts.
People accuse Michael as being after the insurance money. And yet according to court papers, Michael formally offered to divest himself entirely of his financial interests in the guardianship estate.
Freepers have said that Terri has not been seen by a neurologist. Court papers say otherwise.
It's been stated she did not have a CAT scan. That's patently untrue.
It's been stated that Michael refused to let a priest visit her. That's patently untrue. Some of them have given interviews after their visit with Terri and just yesterday she was given last rites.
Terri's sister stated on CNN last night that they don't even know if Terri had a heart attack. Court documentation by numerous doctors provides evidence that Terri did have a heart attack. Her sister denied that Terri had bulimia but that is the very basis under which Michael won a malpractice suit.
Some freepers have said that only Michael was told about Terri's comments that she never wanted to be kept alive with machines and tubes. Yet court testimony indicates her best friend, Joan, also heard Terri say that.
Court testimony shows agreement among the Schindlers that they want to keep Terri alive even if Terry should contract diabetes and subsequent gangrene in each of her limbs, they would agree to amputate each limb and would then, were she to be diagnosed with heart disease, perform open-heart surgery. Within the testimony, as part of the hypothetical presented, Schindler family members stated that even if Theresa had told them of her intention to have artificial nutrition withdrawn, they would not do it.
