'Strange' Thoughts about Clinton's Surgery [vanity]

Posted on 03/11/2005 4:46:07 AM PST by Arthur Wildfire! March

I recently checked out a book at the library, "The Strange Death of Vince Foster". It's been too long since I read it last. I told the librarian, "Wow! No one checked this out for five years?"

The librarian looked at the stamp marks and nodded.

I said, "I don't want this book lost. If you ever have a clearance sale, is there any way of putting me on a list to buy it?" [Not only would it save the book, I'd get an incredible bargain.] He told me there wasn't any such list, but then he explained the book removal process. Books that aren't checked out for five years get removed. Since I checked it out, it will be safe for five more years. Well good, I thought. But I could not help thinking how many people are in the dark about what's really going on in DC. If they only knew what an excellent news man Ruddy is, a man who ascends above the leftist term, 'journalist'.

Then yesterday, I went to Grease Lightning for an oil change. I like that place. Not only is it top notch service, most of the time I go there, Fox News is on. I eagerly walked into their waiting room and frowned. It was CNN, gushing over Clinton's surgery. I was tempted to ask the people there if I could change the channel. Two strangers were sitting there. A man was trying to read something, and a lady was riveted to the screen, and cringing at the graphic surgical details.

In my hand was Ruddy's book. I wanted to thrust that book in her face and confront her. But what was the point? She's off in some Ivory Tower, and Bill Clinton is her 'prince'. Even worse, he was the 'martyr' of the moment.

So instead, I'll 'ax' the nation:

Isn't it too bad that Vince Foster didn't have a chance at surgery? Isn't it too bad he never had had a serious investigation about his death? Even worse, isn't it too bad that the children at Waco didn't have a chance at surgery? And isn't it too bad they never had a serious investigation about their deaths?

I could ask other, more controversial questions, but I'll leave it at that. Even most kookophobes feel safe to talk about Waco and Foster. I'm not sure, but if I recall correctly, I first heard about 'The Strange Death of Vince Foster' on NET. In particular, I remember Paul Weyrich interviewing Ruddy. Weyrich mentioned that the book was 'heavily footnoted'. He wasn't kicking. Tons of Old Media sources back up that book.

I think of that song, "Have You Forgotten?" It's time we start asking Republicans if they have forgotten. This does not apply to everyone, of course. But those who take that viper to their chest, they will help America get bitten. More venom will be injected in our nation. Don't legitimize them. They and their political underlings are a danger to this nation, more so than the rest of their pathetic, political party. The DNC? It's nothing. It's roadkill. The Clintonista? They are the past, present, and future. They are second only to the sleeper cells. They will slime any political opponent they face. They are the masters of sliming. They will influence the old media with a magic wand. I have to wonder if that wand is bribery. They also manage to shut their most powerful critics up.

Why did Bush legitimize these scumbags? The first thing Bush did when elected was have the Oval Office scrubbed down with Clorox. Now he's eating with them. Does he shake Clinton's hand before eating? Does he wash his hands quickly enough after making physical contact? Is the Sinkmeister allowed in the bathroom? Is he allowed to bring his cell phone to the bathroom? And more importantly, is Bill Clinton lobbying for any pardons?

I shake my head. Rove is an excellent political strategist. But is his goal naive? The Democrats are fish out of water, with struggling gills, flopping impotently on the ground. The Old Media has lost its grip on the majority. The Clintons, however, are willing to do and say anything to regain the White House. In fact, I had asked this when Bush was holding the Clinton investigations 'close to the vest' [an investigation which took a slow road to nowhere, just as I had predicted], do the Clintons have the goods on the Bush family?

A man who pardons a crack dealer for cash, a man who mentioned how 'strange' it was that four of his Arkansas body guards died at Waco, a man who had bodies fall all around him from 'untimely deaths', this man is and ever was a viper, a Nuclear Traitor, and it seems people are forgetting. What use has any Republican for this man? Why do they keep propping him and his wife up? Is an entire political party being blackmailed? That Clorox stunt was nothing more than that, a 'stunt'. If Bush actually wanted the Oval Office cloroxed, he would not be associating himself with that same crack pardoner. Whatever goods the Clintonista have on them, they must be pretty slimy.

Is Bill Clinton dead today from surgery? I haven't a clue and could care less. His wife is the second head of this hydra, and there are many other heads as well. I don't wish any of them to die, particularly. I want them to see their efforts dismantled. I want them to be buried under accurate history books. No amount of money would console them, if the nation ever learns the Complete Truth.

Nice try, but IMO what the Clintonistas possess is information that would seriously damage the faith of Americans in their government - most of which was done by the Clintonistas themselves - which is why new presidential administrations tend not to go after the old ones - they would inherit that distrust when they tried to govern. The Clintons IMO are oily enough to probably flaunt it behind the scenes, whereas old-style corrupt pols like LBJ simply let it be known of the consequences of someone coming after them.

If Vince Foster had a gun, he'd be alive today.

Do you have the quote and the paper he was quoted in? I have never heard this before and am hesitant to believe it.

On this date in Clinton history:

Mar 11 1993

"We can't be so fixated on our desire to preserve the rights of ordinary Americans." (Bill Clinton showing his true colors, quoted in USA Today)

Republican members of the US Senate during that time are to blame, at least the ones that gave him a pass. I for one was happy to see Trent Lott get his, I have no respect for him after that time period.

And I can't understand why on earth Starrr allowed the Foster thing to be covered up the way he did, so I have no respect for him either.

Why did Bush legitimize these scumbags?

In 2000, Bush was a politically weak president. He had lost a plurality of the votes (if you believe counts from Philadelphia) and won a razor thin victory in the electorally decisive state of Florida, a victory which many of political adversaries refused to accept. The media was overwhelming in the camp of his enemies. He had little political capital to spend, rather he needed to accrue it.

I am disappointed that the 2000 election was as close as it was. The bias of the media, of the institutions, works for the Democrats, no doubt. But that's the world we found ourselves in.

I agree with you - but still, for the sake of honor and the future of the country, Bush should have had the clintons investigates up the ying-yang. Otherwise, we trade off short term "trust" in government for long term distrust.

The 'attachment' of the Bushes to the Clintons, now, defies explanation and confounds many.

I am starting to think Michael Savage may be right--that the fix is in for '08, for Hillary, and the trade-off is Bill keeping the Dems from a serious impeachment [of 43] effort.

Something smells with the way GW and GHW are keeping x42 on center stage.

OT

The librarian looked at the stamp marks and nodded.

Stamped?? Our library has been computerized for about the last 15 years. I didn't know they still stamped books anywhere.

Hey pal, shoot the lock off your wallet ang go to Amazon.com. 141 copies of the book are available. A used copy can be purchased for as little as a $1.96.

More lovely Klintoon quotes:

28 May 1993 After being interrupted by AIDS protesters during a speech in Philadelphia, President Clinton opines: "Let me tell you something -- Wait a minute. You know one things that's wrong with this country? Everybody gets a chance to have their fair say."

9 Apr 1994 During an appearance on MTV's Enough is Enough, "When we got organized as a country and we wrote a fairly radical Constitution with a radical Bill of Rights, giving a radical amount of individual freedom to Americans... And so a lot of people say there's too much personal freedom. When personal freedom's being abused, you have to move to limit it."
