CNN saying the judge has talked to the doctor; he's going to get off.

This trial is such a JOKE!

HE'S STONED!

Napolitano is commenting on that on Fox. He says if Jackson is medicated then legally the Judge will have to postpone the trial until the medication wears off. This is ridiculous!!

What an astute observation. However, Red China is probably too mesmerized by MJ's antics themselves.

I saw MizSterious remind everybody on another thread about Jackson saying the police beat him when he was arrested!

Just think how bad Jackson is going to feel when the boy from '93 takes the stand AND the police get on the stand and show the video of his arrest and then play his claims of being beaten.

He is GOING DOWN.

I think the Judge took a look at Jackson and realized he's not dealing with someone who's going to get much out of an overnight in jail. What I'm saying is, Jackson is apparently death-warmed-over, and since we're not in the same room, the judge may have to take a better course of action, i.e., immediate psychoanalaysis.

...he arrives late..gets out of his SUV normally walks 15 feet, hears well wishers..spins around and waves..then goes into cripple mode..reaching out to have bodyguard to hold his arm...and proceeds to take Tim Conway little old man steps (10 inches per step) into the court....

Exactly. The whole thing is a fake. The pajamas, the look, the back injury.

Fortunately, I can't stay and watch this, so I'll check back later and get a synopsis.

Until today, I had a glimmer of hope that he might just be really messed up, and not guilty.

Now, I KNOW he's a child molester and a con man. Not a doubt in my mind.

Good job, Jacko.

Whatever doctor(s) did his last few rounds of plastic surgery should get their licenses pulled, at the very least.

That's not him. It's a decoy. He's on his way out of the country!

Jackson may not get jail, or forefit bail, or anything. Judge may consider that he is "on drugs/medication" for his pain???? May not be able to hold trial, of if so, may not be held accountable for being late, etc.

I'd forgotten those false claims of being beaten.

This may seem convoluted and unrelated, but I dislike hate Michael Jackson because he almost caused the New England Patriots to leave the area.

His Victory tour bankrupted the original owners of the Patriots and they as a result sold the team to out of towners.

Ultimately it worked out for us die hards, but it was hairy for a while.

Oh and Elway may be slow, but he never lost to my team.

That's what I said...to the television. LOL When I saw him turn to the left, then to the right and wave, I couldn't believe it. Hope the judge sees that too. I do believe it's in distress, but not from extreme back pain, but distress over the situation he has created for himself.

Well, somebody is lying; the Jackson "talking head" on Fox said that they took him to the hospital at 5:30 this morning; now MSNBC is saying that he stayed at the hospital for 45 minutes, so that means he got there at 8 a.m. PST.
