That's what I said...to the television. LOL When I saw him turn to the left, then to the right and wave, I couldn't believe it. Hope the judge sees that too. I do believe it's in distress, but not from extreme back pain, but distress over the situation he has created for himself.

There are any number of prescription painkillers that would enable him to do that, no matter what's wrong with his back. Still, the timing is highly suspicious, and the failure to contact the court in advance of the no-show absolutely inexcusable.
