Well, somebody is lying; the Jackson "talking head" on Fox said that they took him to the hospital at 5:30 this morning; now MSNBC is saying that he stayed at the hospital for 45 minutes, so that means he got there at 8 a.m. PST.

Timelines don't work and also, if early reporting is correct, judge asked MJ's lawyer where he was and attorney didn't know. And yet MJ spokeswoman says MJ called attorney.

If he really had a bad back they would have taken him in a wheelchair. He would not be walking. He probably whined and complained of a bad back. The hospital probably took X-rays (and we all know how long that takes), and gave him some dilaudid or something for pain. That would make him woozy. When the x-rays came back with nothing wrong they sent him out. Hence, no wheelchair, no assistance. He is having backaches due to stress. Sooooo What?
