I bought a new set of the books for elf-boy last year. Yeah, he is too young to read them himself, but I figure I will read them to him sooner than later.
heh, I got my kids hooked by reading them one chapter at a time before bed. Pretty soon they'd ask me to read at other times besides bedtime. Next thing I knew we were trading out, I'd read a chapter then the kid would read a chapter.
BTW, last night he had wanted to show you his Gryffindor sword yesterday and was quite upset that he forgot. He has Sting as well.
Oh no!!! Well tell him that I know I would have loved his sword! And maybe I'll get to see it next time we meet. :-)
When did they have worship in the parks? Or are you referring to the Mass at Luau Cove at the Polynesian?
The Shrine is much more church like and just as easy to get to on Sunday morning anyway!
Oh, I'm just referring to the way some relatively normal people go nuts, claiming Naruto is the greatest show ever and (I've seen this one) fighting over fanart of a favorite character. It has more hype for less substance than any show I've seen lately, and it seems to take sixteen episodes for anything to actually happen.
But I like my shonen series to have a bit more intelligence than Naruto. And I just don't identify - or sympathize - with any of the characters.

I don't remember Galdalf trying to seduce the hobbits.
Sorry, but I just can't understand how an actor's personal life which is not reflected in any way in the film is "normalizing"something that was "yours". He was in all three movies, you know!
And Roles = life?
Hilary Swank didn't have a sex change just because she played a guy!
That doesn't answer my question because the article does not specify where the services took place.
I attended Mass at the Polynesian numerous times. But I prefer attending at the Shrine. Disney did not cancel the on site services until the Shrine was complete. It is easier to get there, just off of I-4 than it is to get from hotel to hotel, especially on Sunday morning.
I believe they even have a shuttle, although as a local I always have my own vehicle there.

I've already eaten crow thank you.

These were the articles to which my post was refering.
Unless she makes an issue of it, no I don't.
Blasphemy!
Naruto is definately one of the better-written animes out there.
Yes, I did.
Apparently I wasn't clear in my absolute distrust of Disney studios to produce a movie that is in any way Christian. I mistrust Disney studios, their pr people and their entire staff to put forth a suitable "PASSION" movie, whether it's for children or adults.
Am I clearer now?
It was a big deal when Ellen Degeneres was promoting "Finding Nemo."
I know better than to argue with a Naruto fan (have almost been killed several times for that) but honestly, it's just not the best. I admit, I prefer my action to have some thought-provoking qualities to it, like with Rurouni Kenshin or Cowboy Bebop or Fullmetal Alchemist, so Naruto's lack of intelligence makes it painful... well, ok, so I only watched from episodes 60 to 90, and the anime club said they were slow episodes, but I didn't laugh once, didn't cry once, didn't have to think about something because of an episode once...
Ah well. That's the beauty of anime, there's something for everyone. Maybe I'll watch a dub if it's on tv... they can't screw that show up too much.
The article is about the Chronicles of Narnia, not The Passion.
