heh, I got my kids hooked by reading them one chapter at a time before bed. Pretty soon they'd ask me to read at other times besides bedtime. Next thing I knew we were trading out, I'd read a chapter then the kid would read a chapter.
BTW, last night he had wanted to show you his Gryffindor sword yesterday and was quite upset that he forgot. He has Sting as well.
