At the same time, they said the Hobbit brain was different from the brain of a modern human pygmy or a human with abnormal brain growth. This is your brain. This is your brain on pipeweed. Get it?

What about the feet? If they were over-sized for the body size then maybe it was a hobbit, otherwise if there is any evidence of fossil remains of armor, war-axes, or beards then it was probably just a dwarf.

This isn't proof of evolution at all.
Look at the quote:
"The brain is chimplike in size, between 380 and 420 cubic centimeters."
The only thing this proves is that there were Democrats around even 12,000 years ago.

The Hobbit skeleton is either an ancient species of proto-human, or it is a dwarf. Fortunately, I have a computer model that will give us the answer. I ask "Is it a dwarf":
"Cannot predict now"
Drat. Let me shake my computer model. Now, let's see:
"Don't count on it"
That's obscure. I'm not sure what my computer model is telling me. I'll give it a really good shake:
"My sources say No"
There you go! Evolution of the species, confirmed through advanced computer modeling.

It wouldn't have to be an ancestor. Could be a cousin.

Seriously, how much does brain size tell you about inteligence? A dogs that much smarter than cats, because their heads are bigger? What about big dogs vs. small dogs?

I like this theory. It's the only thing that could explain where my ex-husband came from.

This is ONE sample, a single speciman-- what makes them so sure there were lots of them? Couldn't it just be a dwarf, or some other birth-defect?
