Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?
1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI
2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

The ACPD said they began investigating, but then Terri's law was passed and they stopped. Which makes no sense. Those who abused Terri and violated her rights still had to be held accountable.

I used your tagline (which I stole from you) as the subject line in my e-mail to Greer. I think it will catch his eye.
Don't be so sure that Judges don't read our e-mails. I was watching C-Span they had a documentary from a Supreme Court Judge who died not to long ago, White or Bryer maybe. Anyway it was the Judge who wrote the Majority opinion for Roe v Wade. He said on film that he read every single letter that was sent to him. So Greer might be readig our e-mails, we don't know...
My issue is still not being addressed. I am not arguing that they should have been granted standing in a court, because I don't know.
Even without reading it, I could take your word for it and still come back to my same reaction: Courts are not the place for Terri, or any victim, to get justice if the system is rigged against them.
These are agencies charged by law to investigate abuse. Both the federal and the state...makes no difference to my point. I would think they could investigate and do something administratively, such as put a stop to the abuse by taking action to protect the victim. Then later, if somebody wanted to sue them in court to claim they took wrongful action, well, I suppose so.
But to be helpless in the first place, because Terri's case is in a court, when that court has made it plain it does not care about the abuse and has ordered her death, I am sorry, but I don't see any usefulness for these agencies if all they can do is go to court and be turned away.
We know DCF is supposed to have authority to take someone into protective custody. Is that only if a corrupt judge who has an iron grip on the case lets them? Ridiculous. If so, of what use are they? The Advocacy Center is useless if all they can do is go to a court...and I am not commenting on how that matter was ruled on. That is really beside my point. They need to be able to act against Hospice Woodside, for instance, as they are getting Medicaid money for abusing Terri for five years in a place that by law she should never been forced to occupy.
If an investigation by Bernie McCabe into Terri's original condition should be conducted, but he refuses, a special prosecutor needs to get after it, either state or federal, and these agencies should be able to get law enforcement involved if the local law is corrupt.
The Advocacy Center may not have that much power. The DCF may not, except I thought they could take protective custody. My point is, if they have no power to do anything beyond what judges in an ongoing court case already rigged against the victim will let them have, they they really are of no use.

Do you know if Terri holds the record of being the patient there for the longest time??? If so, it would reveal the blatant conflict with the mission of hospice who assists people in the terminal stages of life. Check it out. Their patient admissions records should be subpoened.
I just can't believe this man of God .. this bishop, so called ... not once, nowhere .. does he respond with the Holy See's teachings that LIFE being the issue .. NOT mediation or reconciliation between the families... LIFE and it's protection and its sanctity. I'm honestly stunned at his deviation from his priestly vows and the tenets of his Church. I'd call him a Catholic of convenience, not conviction.

Let that evil thought go .. turn it and your upset over to God NOW!! I mean it ... God's work can't be done when we allow satan's minions to penetrate our brains like an insect .. PRAY PRAY PRAY. Replace the negative feeling with other pleasurable visions and take control of your mind and release it. You AND God can do it, if you focus on His mercy and beautiful handiwork here on earth.
