Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

Media seeks access to Schiavo file

CLEARWATER - A judge has set a hearing for today to determine whether to make public a court document in which the Department of Children & Families is seeking last-minute intervention in the case of brain-damaged Terri Schiavo. Circuit Judge George Greer set the hearing after the company that owns the Tampa Tribune and WFLA-TV sued to get access to the DCF petition. Lawyers say the state social service agency wants to investigate possible abuse of the severely brain-damaged woman by her husband who is seeking to remove the feeding tube keeping her alive. The Tribune and television station argued that usual privacy concerns don't apply because of the extensive litigation and media coverage of the plight of the woman's parents to keep her alive. They also say the public has a right to scrutinize the DCF's actions in the Schiavo case. "The extraordinary public interest in this proceeding is heightened by the executive branch's continuing efforts to inject itself into this controversy," the filing said. Gov. Jeb Bush has said he would do anything he could legally to help save Terri Schiavo's life. In 2003 he pushed a law through the Legislature authorizing him to restore her feedings six days after the court ordered them stopped. The law subsequently was ruled unconstitutional. Greer ordered last week that the feeding tube will be removed again March 18, triggering another flurry of legal filings by attorneys for her parents who are trying to block it. The 2nd District Court of Appeal said Tuesday it would expedite its review of appeals in the case, including one asking for an extended stay. Terri Schiavo's husband, Michael, contends she would not want to be kept alive artificially and won court permission to remove her feeding tube. Her parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, doubt she had any such wishes and say she could improve with therapy. The Schindlers also dispute their daughter is in a persistent vegetative state as court-appointed doctors have determined.
I wonder what became of this? Surely the hearing is over by now? Maybe not.

I must agree with your observation! That is why I tok the time to transpose and post the whole statment.
The Bishop is mis-informed. Judge Greer has, what were the words, Ordered and Ajudicated that her feeding Tue be removed...
So it is NOT Michael giving the order like the Bishop says, it is a Judge. Judicial Homocide. I wonder why the Bishop still considers Michael as Terri's husband?? I would think that the Bishop would say theat Michael abandoned his marriage vows and has abandoned Terri.
I am flat out amazed that the Bishop out out this statement. Yeah right, mediation, that's a non-starter. The Bishop puts forth a solution that can not possibly be met, thus it isn't a solution at all, and he knows better. I jsut don't understand it at all.
Same for DCF...if all a state or federal agency ever do is ask a corrupt judge if they can please, pretty please, come into his court and beg him to do right by a victim, and he just waves them off...
Something is not right here. Can not these agencies act independently of a crooked judge who has the victim's fate in his hands, does not care about her abuse and has ordered her death???

This is the other part of the Bishops statement I take issue with:
Normally, at the end of life, families of the person in extremis agree that it is time to allow the Lord to call a loved one to Himself, feeling that they have done all they possibly might to provide alternatives to death, every possible treatment protocol which might be helpful has been attempted. The Schindler's offered Michael every single thing under the sun, all monies past and future, book deals, movies everything and anything. Michael will not ahve to pay 1 dime to support Terri, the Schindlers will carry it all on themselves. I hardly characherize this as being as the Bishop put is "Intractabile"
In my opinion, this post needs to be in a separate thread.
I'd like to see so many people around that hospice, the employees could only get in or out by helicopter.

The Bishop may be misisnformed but he's also a party to Terri's abuse, neglect and murder. I guess this Bishop used the Pope's comments about Terri for toilet paper. Good God Almighty!
I know that "I think I'm going to have a heart attack" sounds hyperbolic, but I really think I may have a heart attack over this quote.
Did you read the article at The Empire Journal?
If you read the article did you click on the link which is inside the news article, which brings up the actual paper ruling by the Federal Judge?
You can read the ruling for yourself and see that at that time, there was not a Federal Issue. I hope the team at the Advocacy Center tries again, but I am at least heartened that they went to court already once.
I think they need that Gibbs attorney to write the complaints up, his complaints are the best written I have seen thus far.
The Federal Judge told the Advocacy Center that they basically did not write up anything firm enough for the Federal Court to step in.
