Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

According to my local source there in Pinellas County, the local GOP headquarters did a mass mailing in supprt of Judge Greer in his re-election last August, solely because he is registered as a Republican. I am still trying to find out how many were sent, but it may have been hundreds of thousands. I checked and although this is unethical, it is not illegal, but it is immoral and surely a violation of the Republican pro-life platform.

That rebuke was pretty much out of line .. all she said was she'd sign up. How that could be construed as a negative remark about our troops is beyond me. Pepper, God love ya!

Family and religious groups rally for brain-damaged woman

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Women knelt in prayer and raised their hands to the sky during a rally Sunday set up to urge state legislators and other officials to prevent Friday's court-ordered removal of the feeding tube keeping Terri Schiavo alive.
The brain-damaged woman's parents told the emotional crowd that their daughter still jokes with them and is trying to learn to say "I love you." And religious groups at the rally argued the removal of the feeding tube would be cruel.
"Terri may be disabled, but her life is of great worth to God," James Dobson, founder of the Christian group Focus on the Family, said on a recorded message that was played to the crowd.
Doctors say Terri Schiavo is in a persistent vegetative state — and that any movements or sounds she makes are coincidental and not a result of consciousness. Her husband, Michael Schiavo, contends his wife would not want to be kept alive artificially.
Bob and Mary Schindler doubt their daughter had end-of-life wishes and have fought their son-in-law in court for nearly seven years. They also dispute that she is in a vegetative state, saying she laughs, cries, interacts with them and tries to speak.
Bob Schindler said his daughter's situation is "the inception of genocide."
"What the Nazis were doing and what they're trying to do to Terri is the same thing," he said.
Steve Hering, an engineer who drove from Atlanta to attend the rally, held a sign reading "Criminals and animals don't get starved ... why should Terri?" Another sign read "Stop starving elderly and disabled people.
Members of the Christian youth group Bound 4 Life said they would go on a hunger strike if Schiavo's feeding tube is removed Friday. The group's youngest participants — including a 6-year-old — might drink fluids because of their age, said group member Carla Evans, 23.
State lawmakers are rushing to pass legislation requiring doctors to provide nutrition and hydration to incapacitated patients who didn't leave very specific advance instructions. The measure is designed to be retroactive and could apply to Terri Schiavo.
The bill is expected to move through the House in the next few days, and the Senate will likely consider a companion bill this week, said the Schindlers' attorney, David Gibbs III.
Rally organizers displayed dozens of red roses that they said would be left without water in the Capitol courtyard until being presented to legislators on Tuesday as a reminder of the impending deadline.
Critics of the proposed law say it could force people who thought they'd denied such measures verbally or through an inexact living will to undergo surgery to insert a feeding tube. The American Civil Liberties Union of Florida has called the measure an assault on privacy rights.
A call placed Sunday to Howard Simon, the ACLU's executive director in Florida, was not immediately returned.
"It's a very narrow bill," Gibbs said. "It wouldn't apply to a living will at all."
State Chief Financial Officer Tom Gallagher, who's often mentioned as a possible gubernatorial candidate in 2006, led the crowd in the Pledge of Allegiance.
"Our creator has given us life and liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and only he has the power to take it away," Gallagher said.

I just read an excerpt from today's AP story about the Tallahassee rally. It's reads as follows: 'The brain-damaged woman's parents told the emotional crowd that their daughter still jokes with them and is trying to learn to say "I love you." '
Now, I was not at the rally, but if this is what Terri's parents said, it is a down right falsehood said in an attempt to take advantage of the MSM's worldwide spreading of the news. Don't blame the MSM for spreading lies intentionally, as the parents are using the media to do it themselves.
Terri trying to learn to say "I love you" is, if you are close to the source, is about unbelievable as it comes. And that Terri 'jokes with them' is ridiculous. No wonder Judge Greer makes the decisions he does.. he just has to read the MSM, who, if reporting truly what the parents really said today, would call the parents incredible.
If I were Terri's parents, and Terri was capable to trying to learn to speak... I'd be teaching her to say "I want to live!" (and "screw my husband").

You may be pleased to know that my sources indicate that EVERY SINGLE ONE of Greer's 600 contributors listed in the election reports will soon receive (if not already) a nice 6" x 11" postcard with Terri's picture on one side, and some pro-Terri info on the back. The advantage of a postcard is that the picture and text is right there, no need to throw away an unopened envelope. Perhaps a few of them will see what evil they have helped?

She has committed no crimes, and only suffers from the mistake of being married to a man who wishes her dead.

Judge Greer has not only accepted "findings" which are lies, but he has refused to allow any truth to be entered as testimony in court to undo the erroneous statements.
Judge Greer has refused to recuse himself from this case in which has demonstrated clear bias: "I don't want anyone trying to feed that girl… the law of the case is that she is going to die." GIRL??
Contrary to myths you have heard: Terri is NOT in a coma (she is responsive) Terri is NOT in a "persistent vegetative state" Terri did NOT ever say she wanted to die. This case is NOT about a supposed "right to die".
Judge Greer has DENIED, without access to hearing, motions filed by Terri Schiavo's immediate family for:
Judge Greer has allowed violations of Florida Statute 744.474, Sections 2, 3, 7, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18 regarding Mr. Schiavo's "guardianship". He has allowed violations of Florida Statute 744.3215 regarding Terri's right to rehabilitation. He has allowed violations of Florida Statute 765.102(5)(a) regarding palliative care, and ADA Cf 28 CFR, Ch 1, Subpart B, Sect 35.130 regarding denial of regular care for a disabled individual.
Why does Judge Greer refuse to even HEAR evidence contrary to his extraordinary decision to starve to death an innocent woman?
