Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

This man is so arrogant that he won't allow himself to consider that he could be wrong ... he wants to wash his hands of this case, and the facts be damned.

Just think about that -- all of us, if we're honest with ourselves .. would have to admit that we don't have 100% accuracy or confidence about our own decisions and actions in life. And many times, we get the opinions of others: am I doing the right thing here? None of us is so cocksure that we know all the time that we're making right decisions. .. What kind of man is so in love with his own judgement, so FREE OF DOUBT and SO ARROGANT that he can play God .. and order someone to die ... without the faintest flicker of self-questioning or doubt about his actions.?

He must have SO much pride and such a HUGE EGO that he cannot now step back and exhibit humanity, reason or mercy .. NOT EVEN TO CONSIDER NEW MOTIONS and facts.

We're all failed, flawed and fallible humans -- but what kind of man is it who is so afraid of being human, of giving up this total authoritarian and stubborn demeanor, and so intractable in his persistence in treating Terri like a piece of meat .. not a living, breathing disabled human being.... that he cannot veer from previous positions to even consider that it might be wise FOR HIM to at least appear to be fair?

It never enters his mind that maybe he could be wrong .. this is not a normal human being....this man has a neurosis of some kind, and he's created a record and a legacy for himself that will follow him all the days of his life!

George Greer doesn't even have a clue of the hell that will torment his life, if he continues to act like God. God will not be mocked, and THE PEOPLE WILL NEVER FORGET. HE'LL BE O.J. GREER!!

Judge Greer OWES Terri the absolute latest tests that have been developed to access a brian damaged person's potential.

Terri exhibits knowledge of surroundings, familiar people whom she is emotionally attached to, she laughs, she expresses distress and she used to speak WORDS before MS tampered with her, stopping ALL THERAPY, leaving her to ROT after receiving his big cash windfall from a jury that was assured, BY HIM, that he would use the funds to help Terri relearn how to live a quality life to the extent possible.

To compare how he treated Terri before and AFTER he got the money is to walk thru a valley of sheer EVIL.

Michael and George and Haman are corrupted and fearful. They are dangerous, compassionless people who desparately need to keep the full story of the abuse and horrific life they have leveled at Terri for the past TWELVE YEARS.

It is time to not only get the FULL STORY OUT, back the investigation into the monster's horrific past actions, but to contact the Florida Suncoast Hospice and DEMAND that they explain how they take medicaid (from the taxpayers) to keep Terri in a house of death (while her husband lives the good life in an upscale house, with his mistress, two fathered children, a classy van and a silver mercedes, pool, fireplace, you name it!) instead of having Michael Shiavo pay for it....and if he cannot stand to lose his fancy house and car, etc, to foot the bills because he SQUANDERED the money on trying to get Terri killed ( he only REMEMBERED AFTER HE GOT THE 1.2 MILLION DOLLARS - ad his attn at the time said on Greta Van Susteran's show last week that Michael got between 2 and 3 MILLION, interesting) that Terri would not want to be fed via a tube. Bullshit.

The Hospice is in the wrong. They keep Terri for the money, she does NOT FIT THE PARAMETERS of someone dying, nor does she fit the PVS diagnosis because she is responsive and only needs help eating.

Michael has perpetuated the lie that she is not responsive, BLEW A GASKET when her parents in desparation FILMED a bit of Terri as their ONLY WAY TO SHOW THE WORLD THAT TERRI IS ALERT, ALIVE, LAUGHS, EXPRESSES LOVE TO HER MOM, etc., etc.

There is documentation available of Terri following direct orders from a physician...to open her eyes, to look at him, to move her eyes as he directed....she is CRYING OUT FOR HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to see a NEW VIDEO OF TERRI with her parents.

I would like to see Terri taken out into the sunshine in a wheelchair! (Denied even this small adventure out of her barren room by her husband!)

I would love for someone to hold a kitten next to Terri's heart and face so that Terri could feel the warmth and experience even a moment of joy! (Michael killed her pet cats ASAP)

I would like for SOMEONE with the POWER to understand that Terri is a captive in that hospice because in a hospice Michael can call all the shots. In fact--there is a question hovering out there that the physician Michael has approved to tend to Terri is the BROTHER of the one time boss of Jodi (part owner in the Jerger Ins Co .....now called something else Liberty or something like that) and that both Judge Greer and George Felos have had board positions (paid?) with the State of Florida Hospice.

We need to get down and dirty and get out these connections...prove or disprove them....and get them to Att Gibbs and Jeb and the AG.

The malpractice suits waiting to be leveled at Greer, Felos, Michael the monster, the Hospice Assn for going along with what they KNOW IS WRONG, is going to be AMAZING.
