Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

What I'd like to see is a tag team of pro-life, pro-Terri, talk shows doing remotes from the vigil and/or courthouse. Gallagher, Beck, Liddy, Hannity, Savage. If the vigil is 24 hrs, add Noory overnight. Even just one of them would be good, though.

Maybe someone here has pull with these shows. Maybe even some hosts or producers are reading. If so, listen up - it's a sure-fire idea.

CLEARWATER (FBW)-Challenging a judge’s ruling whether there was “clear and convincing” evidence Terri Schiavo would not have wanted to live in her state, attorneys Mar. 4 won a small victory when Sixth Circuit Court Judge George W. Greer scheduled an expedited Mar. 8 hearing on that matter and another related to Terri’s medical condition.

“What we are asking the court to do is basically admit a huge mistake was made,” attorney David W. Gibbs told Florida Baptist Witness Mar. 5. “We are asking Judge Greer to do what is the only noble and right thing.”

The motion asserts the court ruled incorrectly in determining Meyer’s testimony irrelevant because it based its ruling on the presumption that Quinlan was not alive in 1982 and therefore determined the conversation in question would have taken place before Terri was an adult.

Gibbs said the case is further complicated because it’s not a criminal case where new evidence would demand a new trial, but it’s a civil case where there are “not a lot of precedents on how you handle the death penalty.” For this reason the motion does not ask that Greer “void” his original order or stay action, but that based on this new evidence, the order be “vacated.”

With the medical motion are 17 affidavits from neurology and speech specialists from throughout the country who have offered their observations and services, to include the administration of swallowing tests and therapies, MRI’s and other diagnostic tests. Many refer to recent gains in the area of understanding and treating brain injuries.

What does Terri's day consist of? Is someone watching her 24 hours a day to observer what she does?

Does she sleep 8 hours a night then just look around the room the rest of the day when she is awake? Just laying there all day waiting for that brief moment when someone comes in to tend to her for a few moments of external stimulation? What does she do when no one is in the room? The answer is no one knows because no one is there to observer what she does. Like I asked before does someone at least turn the tv on so she has something to occupy her mind or is she just left in a quiet room all by herself with nothing to do but think to herself.

Why DOES she lie there hour after hour with no human contact, when HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS WOULD LOVE TO SEE HER hour after hour, talking, playing music, letting her have other stimulation?

DId you read the narrative from Attorney Weller, who visited Terri on Christmas Eve, explaining how the 6 or so of them were able to visit for 45 minutes, and how Terri seemed a little upset when she realized they were leaving?

WHO limits the visits of the people who love her the most in this world to ONLY 45 MINUTES? Might it not be the very person who wishes her dead?

By your definition, a baby would be PVS.

I hadn't thought of it that way but you are right. The difference I see is that even though a baby can't say I'm conscious they can laugh, giggle, cry, scream make all sorts of verbalizations and movements of all their body parts arms, legs, eyes, head.

Terri can laugh but does she cry or giggle or make all sorts of verbalizations short of actual speach?

She is not able to move other than turning her head and blinking her eyes right? I mean she can't walk or sit up on her own. She can't pick up a pen a write.

We can't actually say whether or not she can think all we can say is that she can speak or write or sign i.e. she can't communicate.

I'm sorry I know I'm still having a hard time making my point.

I would imagine she is more than a little upset. She is leterally alone every day for the entire day for how many years now?

With absolutely no stimulation at all. What do people think she does when they are not in the room and talking to her? All she can do is lay there and think to herself. There is no tv to watch or radio to listen to or any stimulation what so ever.

Just her and her mind.

Like I said before I pray to God that she is not able to think to reason to talk to herself.

I tried for almost 45 minutes to sign the petition that going to be delivered this next week to Jeb Bush, the legislators and judiciary.

When I would click on the submit button after entering name, address and email address, all that is required, actually, after a long time, the screen would show a 'this page is unavailable' notice.

I emailed the home page contact address with my problem and asked that they submit it for me...gave my name, address and again, email. Hope they do. I want to be a part of this.
