Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

Hi everyone, lot of reading to catch up on.

One thing has me very confused.

What happened in court Friday. I could find nothing about what transpired on this thread....and I don't understand why.

And for another...I heard the Neal Boortz show in which he stood up for Michael Schiavo and tore down all pro-Terri callers, telling them in a nasty voice that they needed to do some reading and real research, that everyone knew the Schindlers were using Randall Terry to help them and that Randall Terry is a kook.

Neal must really hate Randall...hate him so much he takes up for Michael, apparently, because Randall speaks up for Terri

It is JUST TOO BAD that none of the callers were well enough informed to tell NEAL that the ACLU is backing Michael. Boortz hates the ACLU...maybe even more than Randall Terry.

And now we know from this thread that FELOS was an ACTIVE DIRECTOR of the FLORIDA HOSPICE death facilities when TERRI was slipped under the radar and into the Woodside Hospice. At this point, I wonder why our President doesn't mention or save Terri too. Logically, if this country has NO laws in place at this TIME, we have no business telling other countries they are doing wrong.

Felos has already explained that Michael could be as cruel as he wanted to to Terri since the judge ruled Terri PVS. I mea-those were not exactly his words, his words were to the effect that as soon as the judge ruled terri to be PVS all of michael's responsibilites to tend to her comfort and therapy needs - stopped.

Felos is now trapping Greer. Says Terri has to die no matter who is guardian because the death date has been set by Greer.

So if a new guardian found cause to GO TO COURT to bring to light the level of alertness found in Terri that so many others have, if the new guardian brought proof that Terri is NOT PVS......the death date is, too bad, non-reversable? What is this, HELL? What is your game Felos....death at ANY PRICE so that the book you stated you want to write has an ending that matches the one in your head?

Didn't judge greer fire some other guardian ad litem or something early on in this sad story, a man who disagreed with what michael was trying to do to Terri?

Someone in FLorida with POWER should blow up the bone scans of Terri done ONE YEAR after her so called accident, and put them on the front page of the paper, showing the BROKEN FEMUR, RIBS, ETC, ETC, ETC (that must have been some fall in the bathroom Michael! - MONSTER! Or did he break these while he was trying to hurt her as he awaited the jury trial?)..along with the doctor's findings and with the fact that MICHAEL KEPT THIS HIDDEN FROM THE SCHINDLERS FOR TEN YEARS! AMERICA NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS---most especially one NEAL BOORTZ!

Did the JURY that gave Michael 1.2 million to use to rehabilitate Terri know that Terri had CRUSHED BONES ALL OVER HER BODY AND A STIFF NECK? The bone scan was ordered by an attending physician ( who did NOT ASK MICHAEL'S PERMISSION TO HAVE THE BONE SCAN DONE) who noticed something concerning Terri's body and wanted the x-rays done. Michael NEVER SHOWED these xrays to the Schindlers, or TOLD them about them until ten years later, so I am wondering, did the jury that awarded michael the big money, KNOW ABOUT HER BROKEN BONES?

The money given to Michael, three years after her so called 'accident' has NEVER BEEN USED TO BRING TERRI COMFORT OR THERAPY FOR RELIEF OF PAIN AS WELL AS IMPROVEMENT> Why..Michael even tried to keep Terri from receiving ANTI-BIOTICS when she desparately needed them. A COURT had to order him to do it...my goodness...he should have been FIRED AS A GUARDIAN RIGHT THEN!

Michael was a much better guardian before he got the money- up until that time, Terri was out and about in her wheel chair with Michael playing the ever loving husband. no so called privacy orders where given to keep Terri imprisoned then, NO rules laid down by Michael about NO PHOTOS, NO VIDEOS..but then...HE GOT THE MONEY...IMMEDIATELY he ordered NO THERAPY, NO RESUSITATION within DAYS of getting that windfall. DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!

And he and felos have laid out a game of keeping Terri from being viewed by professionals (not picked by them), friends of Terri, at times her parents and siblings when Michael was mad at them.

THese two ghouls have tried to keep Terri's aliveness, her alertness, her spirit, her drive to live AWAY FROM THE PUBLIC so that their LIE of PVS could stand. Thank GOODNESS, for them, they had a WILLING HOSPICE to help them secret Terri away.

THis plan has been so evil. The only people Michael would let see her, other then his concubine, his concubine's mother, and sometimes her priest, and sometimes her parents and siblings was a pretty smart move.

Because it was EASY for FELOS to dismiss the pleas of her parents, to discount their story of Terri's responsiveness because, after all, they are her parents and are blinded by love....they got the PRESS TO BUY THIS, the JUDGE to BUY this (because he won't get his sorry ass over there to VISIT with Terri with her parents)

This game is ending.

And it has been an horrific game. The stuff a genuine nightmares-quadrupaled.

Michael has had all the power over Terri that Hitler over the impaired in Germany. Judicial tyranny SUCKS!

15 days before Terri was forced to endure surgical removal of her feeding port from her abdomen/stomach, etc. this heinous little e-mail was sent out from Jeb's account. Heinous because it was false-to-facts and full of lies and for what they suggest his course of action would be.. follow blindly the ruling of Greer, etc. also lies about no investigations or nothing provided for investigation, all lies. Greer already ruled by fax shortly after a Sept. 11, 03 hearing (which I attended). He basically ruled by fax and gave Terri's death sentence to begin on Oct. 15, 2003. So you can imagine how pissed off I was to receive this false-to-facts e-mail from Jeb. I did take him and Lauren O'Connor to task and I can scan those documents for anyone to see. They did not send out a retraction nor apology. Their e-mail was sent not just to people here in Florida but to people all across the US and the World. Read and weep:

Thank you for your e-mail expressing concern for the well being of Theresa Schiavo. The Governor also is concerned for her and for her family and is keeping them all in his prayers. The case represents a tragic situation of family disagreement under very trying circumstances.

This office has made several inquiries with agencies responsible for investigating abuse allegations. Neither the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office nor local law enforcement agencies have received or investigated any reports of abuse of Mrs. Schiavo. The office of the state attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Bernie McCabe, reviewed the matter and found no basis for any criminal investigation.

In keeping with Florida law, our court system oversees the well being of incapacitated adults, including the oversight of guardians and their activities. A Florida court appointed Mr. Michael Schiavo as his wife's guardian more than 12 years ago. In this role, he has been under the supervision of the probate division of the state court system. Critical decisions related to guardianship, including the decision to terminate life support, must be approved by the court. Mr. Schiavo obtained such a court order to remove his wife's feeding tube. Mrs. Schiavo's parents have appealed that order, and the court has postponed the removal of her feeding tube until the Florida Supreme Court reviews the case.

In Florida, these matters are entrusted to the system that our elected officials established to protect incapacitated adults. We must respect that system and trust the judge will listen to the views of all interested family members before reaching a decision in the best interest of Mrs. Schiavo.

It is never easy to make a life-and-death decision for a loved one. Under Florida law, residents can indicate in advance how they want to be cared for should they become unable to express their wishes. The Governor supports the use of advance directives or living wills. These tools ensure Floridians will be cared for in the manner of their own choosing and save their families the anguish of having to make these decisions for them.
