Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

You got it. I predict Greer starts relenting a bit in favor of Terri's parents (only, of course, to save his own hide). And when the MSM senses there's change in the air, they may start playing long clips of Terri "the vegetable" smiling at her mother, laughing with her father, opening her eyes widely when asked to do so, etc. If Americans saw these videos, this woman would not be starved and dehydrated to death. Perhaps someone in the news media should ask Felos why he would make such an argument if, as Michael claims, he was providing Terri with all the care and therapy to which she was entitled?

The other night while watching MSNBC, I saw them showing videos of Terri taken by HINO, when he was trying to get the lawsuit money. I was shocked to see them, since I'd never seen the early 90's videos on TV before.

I thought maybe it was good, because someone in the media must have dragged those up. Meaning, maybe they are actually investigating the case, instead of just giving us FELOS spin.

Terri is in DANGER. If the State of Florida continues to sit on their behind, they are no better either.

It is unnerving that Terri is still with the Monsters. But Governor Bush wants to make sure they have plenty of rope with which to hang themselves. And since it seems they're continuing to wrap the rope around their neck, Bush will keep right on giving them more.

Felos' filings keep getting more and more bizarre. Now he is claiming, despite earlier insistence that Michael always tried to provide Terri with the best of care, that Michael was under no obligation to provide Terri with any care. Why would he say such a thing? If the claims about Michael's care were true, such an action would make no sense.

My interpretation of things is that Bush may be wanting to wait for the Triumvirate's actions to become sufficiently outrageous that even a blind-deaf-mute appeals judge would be able to smell them. Depending upon how Greer rules on Felos' latest motions, we may be getting close to that point.

He has a great deal to hide. And he and Felos trying to hide behind "the court ruled" won't save them. Greer is more likely to feed them to the lions and save himself. Since Greer has never seen Terri, he can claim they lied to him.

I hadn't thought of that, but that's an excellent point. If Greer were to see Terri, and then turn on Felos and Michael, he could probably extract himself from the situation far better than he deserves. Probably wouldn't be able to keep his job, but could take an early retirement and maybe even keep his pension.

Consideration should be given to the timing, frequency and seriousness of the individual's statements, the specificity of the statements, whether the statements are related to the condition in which the patient currently exists, the maturity of the individual when the statements were made, the ethical or religious beliefs of the individual and the possible financial interests of the witnesses conveying the alleged statements.

If Greer had considered and weighed these factors (normally considered by courts in making such decisions), he could not have reasonably concluded that there was ''clear and convincing evidence'' that Schiavo would have wanted to withdraw her nutrition and hydration.

Very well said! Thoughtful considerations by a wise and prudent author, which do not resemble in any way the contemptible rulings by Judge Greer.
