Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.

7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.

8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

In reference to the testimony regarding the Quinlan case here is some interesting info from St. Petersburg Times November 8, 2003

(excerpt) Mrs. Schiavo's parents fought back. Her mother, Mary Schindler, said she discussed with her daughter the famous right-to-die case of Karen Ann Quinlan, back when the legal fight to take Quinlan off a ventilator was front-page news.

"If they take her off, she might die. Just leave her alone and she will die whenever," she said her daughter told her.

Felos introduced newspaper stories showing that the Quinlan case was front-page news when Terri Schiavo was 11 or 12 years old.

Mrs. Schiavo's former friend, Diane Meyer, recalled watching a movie about Quinlan in the summer of 1982 after they graduated high school.

"I remember one of the things she said is, 'How did they know she would want this? How did they know she wouldn't want to go on?' " Meyer testified.

According to the petition that Attorney Gibbs has filed, Judge Greer discounted Diane Meyer's testimony about the 1982 conversation because she referred to Karen Quinlan in the present tense and he felt, therefore, that the conversation must have occured in the 1970s. However, Karen Quinlan actually died in 1985 and it was entirely appropriate for Diane Meyer to state her testimony in the present tense because when their conversation occurred in 1982 Karen Quinlan was still alive. I think this is a huge find because it shoots a very large hole in the "clear and convincing evidence" standard that all the courts have upheld.

The document in post 1911 repeatedly states that "the court has found" which sounds like Felos is trying to blame the court for everything. Someone else needs to read this to see if I'm misunderstanding.

I believe he'll try to squirm his way around this. He's gonna have to quit fronting for Felos and Hino to save his own hide and I wonder if he'll give them up. I've often wondered if Felos has something on him.

Really? I didn't know that. I was just in agreement with the factual things he had posted anyway. I guess we never really "know" those from afar unless we meet them or speak with those who have. Seems like it's one disappointment after another huh?

Schiavo files motion to dismiss petition to remove guardian (Guardianship case - March 2, 2005)

I do not doubt that the Schindler's motion is probably fairly sloppy from a legal perspective. That tends to happen when one has pro bono attourneys while trying to fight attournies that cost $hundreds of thousands.

Nonetheless, the central tenet of this motion is chilling: it suggests--with no statutory basis that I'm aware of--that none of the rules regarding the care of incapacitated persons apply if a person has been declared to be PVS.

Perhaps someone in the news media should ask Felos why he would make such an argument if, as Michael claims, he was providing Terri with all the care and therapy to which she was entitled?

I do not believe this will stand up, tutstar. PVS is not equal to permission to torture, especially when it is in dispute. Many doctors will say Terri is not PVS, but Greer onlt listened to those who said she was. Notice how Michael is trying to hide behind Greer as finder of fact. He's saying, hey, once Greer ruled for PVS, I had no guardianship responsbility. But these issues were always contested, over and over and over.....litigation after litigation, appeal after appeal. Michael is saying, hey, Greer said she was a vegetable, and as a vegetable, I could do or not/do anything I wanted with her. Again, I do not think this will hold up. Greer is not an infallible god, and Schiavo cannot hide behind that. People worse off than Terri have awakened from comas after many years. How they were cared for matters.

He has a great deal to hide. And he and Felos trying to hide behind "the court ruled" won't save them. Greer is more likely to feed them to the lions and save himself. Since Greer has never seen Terri, he can claim they lied to him.
